Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարանում հայտնաբերվել է ռեստորանում 23-ամյա երիտասարդին սպանողը

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝  դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի պետ Հայկարամ Հակոբյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության Եղվարդի դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը վերահաստատի երկամսյա կալանքի որոշումը։

Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի կողմից այս տարվա փետրվարի 12-ից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ կետի մեղադրանքով հետախուզվող, Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում հաշվառված 24-ամյա Մարկ Խոդերյանը հնարավոր է՝ գտնվում է  Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարանում։ 

Ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի և ոստիկանության Էրեբունու և Շենգավիթի բաժինների քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքների ծառայողներն իրականացնում են «Պալատ N 7» օպերացիան և առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության մեջ հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերում են Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարանում։

Երեկ դատավոր Վարոսյանը, դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով, բավարարել է քննչական պետի միջնորդությունն ու վերահաստատել Մ. Խոդերյանի նկատմամբ նախկինում կայացրած կալանքի որոշումը, և նա, ով կասկածվում է Առինջ գյուղում գործող «Ծիրանի» ռեստորանաին համալիրում Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 23-ամյա Թաթուլ Մարտիրոսյանին դիտավորությամբ սպանելու մեջ, դատարանից տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։

Հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ 

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում որպես կասկածյալ որոնվում էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացի՝ 24-ամյա Մարկ Խոդերյանը:

Ինչպես հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, վերջինս որոնվում էր այս տարվա փետրվարի  6-ին Առինջ գյուղի «Ծիրանի» ռեստորանային համալիրում  ծեծկռտուքին մասնակցելու և Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 23-ամյա Թաթուլ  Մարտիրոսյանին սպանելու կասկածանքով:  Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալը օրեր առաջ էր Հայաստան վերադարձել Ռուսաստանից, իսկ նրա նկատմամբ որպես կասկածյալ հիմնավոր ապացույցներ էին ձեռք բերել արդեն ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության և նույն վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները:
