Կեղծ օրակարգերով հանրությանը «գրգռելու» արվեստը

Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո հոգեբանական ծանր կացության մեջ հայտնված հասարակությունն ուշքի չի գալիս կեղծ օրակարգերից, իսկ տարբեր շրջանակներ անընդհատ փորձում են լարվածության մեջ պահել ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին։ Հաշվարկը, թերևս, պարզ է, ներքաղաքական սկանդալներ հրահրելով՝ հանրությանը հեռու պահել իրական խնդիրներից ու մարտահրավերներից, բացթողումներն ու հանցավոր թերացումները սթափ գլխով վերլուծելու, սպառնալիքներին ողջամիտ արձագանքելու հնարավորությունից։
Թքած ունենալով արտաքին և ծանրագույն մարտահրավերների վրա՝ նորանոր սկանդալներ են հրահրվում ներսում։ Տարաբնույթ գերատեսչական ծախսերի ֆոնին ինչ որ մեքենայի բաբելոնյան աղմուկ, այնուհետ ԱԺ նախագահի մասնավոր զրույցների հրապարակումը, հատկապես կոնտեքստից կտրելով և շրջելով դրանց բովանդակությունը, ունի մեկ նպատակ՝ հանրային գիտակցությունն անընդհատ լարվածության մեջ պահել։ Իհարկե, այդ ռեսուրսներն ու միջոցները, որ օգտագործվում են նման նպատակներով, կարելի էր օգտագործել արտաքին ճակատում, տեղեկատվական և այլ առումներով ՀՀ առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման համար։
Երեկ էլ հրապարակվեց ԱԺ նախագահի մասնավոր մի զրույցի գաղտնի տեսագրման մի կտորը, ապա և ամբողջ հատվածը։ Մեծ հաշվով սկանդալներ այդ տեսանյութում չկային։
Ալեն Սիմոնյանը ֆրանսահայ մի անձի հետ զրույցում ընդամենը ասում է, թե գերիներին հետ են բերելու, այդ հարցը չի քննարկվում, սակայն չեն կարող ամբողջ Հայաստանը, Արցախը, ամբողջ հայությունը պատանդ դնել գերիների հարցին, իսկ Ադրբեջանն այդ խնդիրն օգտագործում է Հայաստանին շանտաժի ենթարկելու համար։
Ձևակերպումներն, իհարկե, կարող էին ավելի հաջող լինել հատկապես գերիների մասով՝ չվիրավորելու այդ մարդկանց և նրանց՝ հոգեկան առանց այն էլ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող մտերիմներին, ընկալելի լինել, սակայն գործ ունենք ոչ թե հանրային ելույթի, այլ երկու անձանց մասնավոր զրույցի հետ։ Տարօրինակն այս ամենում, կատարվածի կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածումն էր, ինչը վկայում էր, որ տեղեկատվական արտահոսքերն իրականացվել են ուղղորդվող աղբյուրներից։
Ըստ էության, թե՛ այս դեպքը, թե՛ բոլոր նմանատիպ կեղծ դիսկուրսներն ու սկանդալները միտված են հանրությանը շեղելուն, ապակողմնորոշելուն, որևէ այդրոպեական խնդիր լուծելուն։ Իրական շահառուները շարունակելու են կիսասկանդալային հրապարակումներն ու արտահոսքերը, «սև ու սպիտակ»-ի մարտավարական հնարքները՝ չխնայելով անգամ իրենց շրջապատին, անընդհատ լարվածության մեջ են պահելու հասարակությանը։
Կարևորը գայլերը կուշտ մնան, իսկ ոչխարները` կենդանի։
