Սահմանափակումը կհանվի. Կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել
SOCIETYԿառավարության գրավոր քվեարկության հարցերի շրջանակում Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը նախագիծ է ներկայացրել, որով առաջարկվում է կառավարության որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել։
Իրավաբան․net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ առաջարկվում է թույլատրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ժամանակավոր կամ մշտական կացության կարգավիճակ ունեցող օտարերկրացիների, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում մշտապես բնակվող՝ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ապաստան ստացած և փախստականի կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձանց հետ հավասար պայմաններով օդանավակայանում կամ ցամաքային սահմանի անցման կետում ՊՇՌ հետազոտության նմուշառման։
Որոշումը տարածվելու է 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից ծագած հարաբերությունների վրա և ուժի մեջ է մտնում պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից:
Հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ չնայած այն հանգմանքին, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) համաճարակային իրավիճակն առայսօր շարունակում է մնալ լարված, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում դիտվում է համաճարակային իրավիճակի կայունացում:
«Սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ին Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը ահազանգել է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության հարուցչի նոր ենթատեսակի` Օմիկրոնի (B.1.1.529) մասին՝ սահմանելով այն, որպես անհանգստություն առաջացնող (մտահոգիչ): Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության նոր շտամը, որն ունի շուրջ 50 մուտացիա, որից 30-ը սպայկային սպիտակուցում, առաջին անգամ արձանագրվել է Հարավաֆրիկյան Հանրապետությունում: Օմիկրոն շտամով պայամանվորված դեպքեր են արձանագրվել նաև Բոթսվանայում, Հոնկոնգում, Բելգիայում, Իսրայելում և մի շարք երկրներում:
Սակայն անկախ դրանից Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը խորհուրդ չի տալիս փակել օդային և ցամաքային սահմանները: Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ-ում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության համաճարակային կայուն իրավիճակը այս պահի դրությամբ` առաջարկվում է վերականգնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանի անցման կետերում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց համար ՊՇՌ լաբորատոր հետազոտություն անցնելու հնարավորությունը»,-նշվում է հիմնավորման մեջ:
