«Շաբաթներ առաջ մենք գրել էինք, որ Մեղրիի նորընտիր համայնքապետ Բագրատ Զաքարյանի եղբայրն ու զարմիկը ծեծել են Մեղրիի կոմունալ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Աթանեսյանին։ Աթանեսյանին ստիպել էին դիմում գրել, դիմադրել էր, եւ լեզվակռիվն ավարտվել էր ծեծկռտուքով։ Աթանեսյանը համայնքապետի նախկին ԺՊ, ՔՊ-ական Արարատ Թումանյանի մտերիմն է։ Երեկ տեղեկացանք, որ Աթանեսյանը, այնուամենայնիվ, ազատվել է աշխատանքից։ Մեզ ասացին, որ նրան համոզել են, եւ ինքնակամ դիմում է գրել։
