Այսօր պաշտոնապես մեկնարկեց ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ նոր նախագիծը` Հայաստանում աշխատուժի զարգացման ծրագիրը

Այսօր պաշտոնապես մեկնարկեց ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ նոր նախագիծը`  Հայաստանում աշխատուժի զարգացման ծրագիրը (Armenian Workforce Development Activity, AWDA)`  $7.5 միլիոն արժողությամբ և 5 տարի ժամկետով, որը կիրականացվի «Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր» հիմնադրամի (ՁԻՀ) և այլ գործընկերների կողմից և որի արդյունքում նախատեսվում է թվով 10000 երիտասարդների զինել պահանջված մասնագիտություններում բավարար գործնական հմտություններով` ավելի լավ աշխատանքի  հնարավորություններ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: 

Ծրագրի մեկնարկի միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես եկան ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին, ինչպես նաև պետական, մասնավոր և կրթական գործընկեր կառույցների ղեկավար ներկայացուցիչներ:

«Մարդկային կապիտալը առավել կարևոր է զարգացման համար, և այն Հայաստանի մեծագույն առավելությունն է: Այս ծրագիրն հասցեագրում է աշխատանքային շուկայի անհամապատասխանությունները, ներգրավելով երիտասարդներին, կանանց, մասնավոր հատվածը և ուսումնական հաստատությունները`բարելավելու «փափուկ» (soft) և տեխնիկական հմտությունները, վերափոխելու Հայաստանի աշխատանքային շուկան և գնահատելու իրավական/կարգավորիչ  փոփոխությունները, որոնք կնպաստեն երիտասարդների և կանանց համար աշխատանքային  հնարավորնությունների աճին այնպիսի կարևոր ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են բարձր տեխնոլոգիաները, գյուղատնտեսությունը, զբոսաշրջությունը և հյուրընկալությունը» - նշեց դեսպան Թրեյսին իր ելույթում:  

ՁԻՀ-ի տնօրեն Բագրատ Ենգիբարյանը ներկայացրեց ծրագրի նպատակներն ու խնդիրները, որոնց շրջանակում երիտասարդներին և կանանց հնարավորություն կտրվի բարելավելու իրենց հմտությունները՝ աշխատաշուկայի կարիքներին համապատասխան և աշխատանք գտնելու ՏՀՏ/բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, գյուղատնտեսության, զբոսաշրջության և հյուրասիրության ոլորտներում:  

 

Առաջիկա հինգ տարիների ընթացքում ծրագիրն ուղղված կլինի 15-29 տարեկան երիտասարդներին և նրանց կներգրավի կարողությունների զարգացման տարբեր ծրագրերում՝ աշխատանքի վրա հիմնված ուսուցման մոտեցման միջոցով: AWDA ծրագիրը նաև սերտորեն կհամագործակցի կրթական հաստատությունների՝ մասնագիտական կրթության և վերապատրաստման հաստատությունների, բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների և մասնավոր հատվածի հետ՝ բացահայտելու նրանց կարիքները և կամրջելու ֆորմալ կրթությունը մասնավոր հատվածի հետ՝ օգնելու գիտելիքների փոխանցմանը և վերապատրաստմանը: Ծրագիրը կաջակցի երիտասարդներին, կանանց և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց՝ արձագանքելով նրանց հատուկ կարիքներին, խրախուսելով նրանց ձգտումները և խթանելով մասնագիտական կատարելագործման և զբաղվածության համար ռեսուրսներ և ծառայություններ մուտք գործելու նրանց կարողությունը:

ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆՈՒՄ ԱՇԽԱՏՈՒԺԻ ԶԱՐԳԱՑՄԱՆ ԾՐԱԳԻՐՆ իրականացվում է «Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր» հիմնադրամի կողմից՝ «Հայաստանի Ազգային ագրարային համալսարան» հիմնադրամի, Ամերիկայի Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի և «ՍԻՎԻՏՏԱ Հայաստան» գործարար խորհրդատվական ընկերության հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Սույն ծրագիրը հնարավոր է դարձել Ամերիկայի ժողովրդի աջակցությամբ՝ ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության (ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ) ֆինանսավորմամբ:
