POLITICSԼեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերջնական կարգավիճակը անպայմանորեն չի նշանակում նրա անկախություն: Բացի այդ, բանակցային գործընթացում չի ֆիքսվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ հանրաքվեի անցկացման տարածք։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 8-ին, ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով պատգամավորների հարցերին, հայտարարեց հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ հայ հասարակության մեջ որոշակի քարոզչության արդյունքում կարծիք է ձեւավորվել, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերջնական կարգավիճակը» անպայմանորեն ենթադրում է Ղարաբաղի անկախություն։ «Իսկ ո՞վ է ասել: Վերջնական կարգավիճակ նշանակում է որոշակի վերջնական կարգավիճակ։
Հանրաքվեի ինստիտուտի ու դրա ներսում առկա թակարդների մասին արդեն խոսել եմ։ Օրինակ, որ բանակցային գործընթացում նախատեսված է եղել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանցիների մասնակցություն բանակցային գործընթացին: Ի սկզբանե եղել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանցիների՝ հանրաքվեին պոտենցիալ մասնակցելու չափաբաժնի խնդիր։ Ուզում եմ Ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել նաեւ այն փաստի վրա, որ բանակցային գործընթացում եւ առկա փաստաթղթերում երբեք չի ֆիքսվել, որ այդ պոտենցիալ հանրաքվեն լինելու է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։
