INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈւկրաինա Ռուսաստանի «ներխուժման» սպառնալիքը չափազանցված է, իսկ Մոսկվան և Վաշինգտոնը հնարավորություն ունեն պայմանավորվելու հիմնական խնդիրների մասին, թեև հենց Սպիտակ տունն է սադրում Կրեմլին պատասխան գործողություններ անելու սահմանին: «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նման կարծիք է հայտնել Եվրոպայի աշխարհաքաղաքական հարցերով փորձագետ Ֆլորան Պարմանտիեն Le Figaro-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
Նրա կարծիքով՝ Ռուսաստանի գործողություններն Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանին հետևանքն են Արևմուտքի, հատկապես ԱՄՆ-ի հաճախակի սադրանքների:
Ռուսաստանը փորձում է արձագանքել վերջին երկու-երեք ռազմական իրադարձություններին՝ թուրքական անօդաչուների հայտնվելուն, ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմական ներկայության մեծացմանը Սև ծովում և Ռուսաստանից 20 կմ հեռավորությամբ ամերիկյան ռմբակոծիչների տեղակայումը: Մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ցանկություն է հայտնել իր տարածքում անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ստանալ»,- պարզաբանել է փորձագետը՝ հավելելով, որ Մոսկվան ամեն դեպքում անթույլատրելի է համարելու Ուկրաինայի «նշանադրությունը» ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ:
Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ Մոսկվան և Վաշինգտոնը հնարավորություն ունեն կարգավորելու հարաբերությունները, քանի դեռ երկու աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղացողի ուժերը մոտավորապես հավասար են: Սակայն կողմերից յուրաքանչյուր աննրբանկատությունը կարող է հանգեցնել ծանր հետևանքների:
«Այս ճգնաժամում Մոսկվան որոշակի դիրքորոշում է զբաղեցնում և ասում է ԱՄՆ-ին. «Եթե չեք ուզում շփվել Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ, ոչինչ: Սակայն ստիպված կլինեք ականջ դնել ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի ասածին»: Իսկ դա շատ բանի մասին է խոսում»,- ընդգծել է Պարմանտիեն:
