Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Հայաստանից ժամկետներ եմ ակնկալում ստանալ, թե ե՞րբ կգործարկվի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»»: Այս մասին, երեկ հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը, իր երկրի բնակիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
 
Այս հայտարարությունը մեզ համար, իհարկե նորություն չէր։ Իլհամ-Նիկոլ տանդեմն այդ հարցը վաղուց են ի նկատի ունեցել՝ որպես 44-օրյա պատերազմում կազմակերպված պարտության հետևանքներից մեկը։
 
Այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» աշխարհաքաղաքական գլոբալ խաղում՝ թյուրքական կողմերի ամենաբաղձալի կտորն է, որը դեմ է առել ռուս-պարսկական, ինչպես նաև հնդկա-չինական շահերի կտրուկ հակադրությանը և առաջ չի գնում (որքան էլ որ Նիկոլը թուրքերին խոստացած լիներ)։
 
Սյունիքի վրայով «միջանցք» երբեք չի լինելու, որքան էլ որ Իլհամը փորձի սպառնալ։ Իսկ Նիկոլի պարագայում, հստակ է, որ եթե միջանցքի հարցը կա և օրակարգից չի հանվել, ուրեմն կապիտուլյանտ իշխանությունից կրկին պատերազմի հոտ է գալիս։ Որովհետև, Նիկոլի օտարերկրյա «տերերի» մի հատվածը պահանջում է տալ, իսկ մյուս հատվածը՝ արգելում է քննարկել որևէ «միջանցքի» հարց։
 
Իր տգիտության, թուլամորթության, գեղցու շուստրիության և իշխանամոլության պատճառով, տարածաշրջանային մուրճի և սալի արանքում հայտնված Նիկոլը՝ կապիտուլյանտի մանդատով, առայժմ փորձեր է անում «արդարացնել» իր աղետաբեր վերընտրությունը։ Իսկ արդյունքում՝ Հայաստանը կանգնել է անխուսափելի ընտրության առաջ. կամ նոր պատերազմ, կամ իշխանափոխություն։
 
Հ.Գ. այսօր իշխանափոխությունը նպատակ չէ, այլ միջոց՝ պետականության շարունակվող քարուքանդը կանգնեցնելու, և երկիրն աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր հարվածների տակից դուրս բերելու համար։ Ժողովրդի գիտակից մասը գոնե, պետք է տեսնի ու հասկանա այս պարզ ճշմարտությունը։ Իսկ նիկոլապատկան անգիտակից մասն իրավունք ունի դա չհասկանալու, որովհետև առաջնորդվում է միայն ստամոքսով ու «նախկինացավի» կարծրատիպերով։
