Ավելի քան 11 մլն դոլար միջազգային կառույցներից Հայաստանին՝ կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության կանխարգելման համար․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «2020-ի մարտի 1-ից մինչեւ 2021-ի հոկտեմբեր (ավելի քան տարիուկես) ընկած ճամանակահատվածում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը միջազգային ամենատարբեր կառույցներից ու պետություններից կորոնավիրուսի հաղթահարման համար օգնություններ ու օժանդակություններ է ստացել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն Առողջապահության նախարարությանը հարցում էր ուղարկել՝ պարզելու, թե նշյալ ժամանակահատվածում նախարարությանն ու ՀՀ-ին դրսից ինչ միջոցներ ու օժանդակություններ են ուղարկվել: Ի պատասխան մեր հարցմանը՝ ԱՆ-ն մեզ մի քանի ենթաբաժիններից կազմված փաստաթուղթ էր ուղարկել, ըստ որի՝ ավելի քան մեկուկես տարվա կտրվածքով ՀՀ-ն դրսից 11 մլն 386 հազար դոլար գումար է ստացել: Թեեւ այս գումարներից վարակի կանխարգելման ու բուժման համար միջոցներ են ձեռք բերվել, բայց, այդ գումարներից զատ, նաեւ նյութական (սարքավորումներ, դիմակներ, ձեռնոցներ եւ այլն) օժանդակություններ են եկել:
Համավարակի օրերին Հայաստանին ձեռք են մեկնել Չինաստանը, Կատարը, Նիդերլանդները, Եվրամիությունը, Ասիական զարգացման բանկը, Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը, Գերմանիան, Կանադան, Կորեան, ՄԱԿ-ն ու այլ կառույցներ եւ պետություններ:
Ու թեեւ ինչքան էլ միջազգային կառույցներն ու պետություններն ամենատարբեր տեսակի օժանդակություններով սատար են կանգնել մեր երկրին, այնուամենայնիվ, կորոնավիրուսով վարակված ոչ բոլոր քաղաքացիների բուժումն է անվճար իրականացվում: Հանուն արդարության փաստենք, որ բժշկական կենտրոնների՝ կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությունը բուժելու համար առանձնացված վերակենդանացման կամ ստացիոնար բաժանմունքներում քաղաքացիներին ըստ պատճաշի բուժօգնություն է տրամադրվում, մասնագետ բժիշկներն անում են հնարավոր ամեն բան։ Պատկերն այլ է, սակայն, երբ քաղաքացին վարակի դեմը տան պայմաններում է առնում: Այս դեպքում անհատն ինքն է հոգում թե՛ հետազոտությունների, թե՛ բժիշկներին վճարելու, թե՛ դեղորայք ձեռք բերելու ծախսերը: Ստացվում է՝ դոնոր կազմակերպություններն ու երկրները հնարավոր ամեն ինչով՝ դիմակից ու ձեռնոցից մինչեւ արհեստական շնչառության սարքեր, օժանդակում են, բայց վիրուսի դեմ ոչ հիվանդանոցային պայմաններում պայքարող քաղաքացիների համար հասու չէ դրսից եկած օգնությունը:
ՀՀ քաղաքացին, եթե հիվանդանոցում ստացիոնար չի բուժվում, ապա ստիպված է կորոնավարակի բոլոր ծախսերն անձամբ հոգալ, ընդ որում՝ էժան չէ Քովիդ19-ից բուժումը՝ հետազոտումից մինչեւ դեղորայք»:
