ԱՄՆ-ն ռազմական օգնություն է խոստանում Ուկրաինային` Ռուսաստանի կողմից հարձակման ենթարկվելու դեպքում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայի վրա հնարավոր հարձակման դեպքում ԱՄՆ-ը կարող է ռազմական օգնություն ցուցաբերել ՆԱՏՕ-ի արեւելյան թեւի դաշնակիցներին։ Այս մասին ասել է ամերիկյան վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչը, գրում է MK.ru-ն։
Նրա խոսքով` այս դեպքում արևելյան թևի դաշնակիցների կողմից ընդլայնված աջակցության հարցում կլինի։ Դրան կհաջորդի ԱՄՆ-ի դրական պատասխանը՝ «հավելյալ ուժերով, հնարավորություններով և զորավարժություններով, որոնք կանցկացվեն այնտեղ»։
Միաժամանակ, ամերիկյան կողմը մտադիր չէ ներխուժման դեպքում ուղղակիորեն ռազմական ուժ կիրառել Ռուսաստանի դեմ։
Բացի այդ, ԱՄՆ վարչակազմը կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պատրաստ է հարձակվել Ուկրաինայի վրա երեք կողմից՝ հարավից, արևմուտքից և հյուսիս-արևելքից։ Այնուամենայնիվ, նա ասել է, որ դեռ հայտնի չէ, թե արդյոք Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ներխուժելու որոշում է կայացրել։
Մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները ուսումնասիրում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ «աննախադեպ» պատժամիջոցների կիրառման հնարավորությունը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության` Ուկրաինա ներխուժելու դեպքում։ Մասնավորապես, պատժամիջոցները կարող են ազդել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի «մերձավոր շրջապատի» վրա։ Դրանք կարող են ներդրվել նաև էներգետիկ ընկերությունների դեմ։ Իսկ միջոցառումները նախատեսում են Ռուսաստանի անջատում SWIFT համակարգից։
Բացի այդ, պատժամիջոցները կարող են ազդել Ռուսաստանի սուվերեն պարտքի վրա։ Եվ նաև միջոցներ կարող են ձեռնարկվել ռուսական բանկերի դեմ։
