Եվրոպայում աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների փոփոխությունները, պարադոքսալ է, բայց առայժմ ի վնաս Ռուսաստանի չեն. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Աստիճանաբար ակնհայտ են դառնում Եվրոպայում աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների փոփոխությունները, որոնք վերլուծաբաններից շատերը կարծես թե չեն ցանկանում նկատել: Պարադոքսալ է, բայց այդ փոփոխություններն առայժմ ի վնաս Ռուսաստանի չեն:
 
1. ԱՄՆ-ը առավելապես կենտրոնանում է իր հիմնական մրցակցի՝ Չինաստանի վրա: ԵՆ-ն՝ ԱՄՆ-ի համար դառնում է ավելի տնտեսական մրցակից, քան դաշնակից: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Չինաստանը, հենց Եվրոպայում ձեռք է բերում նոր ռազմավարական հարթակներ:
 
2. Եվրամիությունը կորցնում է իր նախկին միասնական բնույթը: Մեծ Բրիտանիան ԵՄ-ին է փաթաթում իր ագրեսիվ աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը, որը հակասության մեջ է մտնում Փարիզի և Բեռլինի շահերի հետ: Այն հիմնականում վերաբերում է ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի՝ Ուկրաինային ցուցաբերվող ռազմական օգնությանը:
 
3. Համաեվրոպական քաղաքականության մեջ, Մեծ Բրիտանիան ամրացնում է իր դիրքերը՝ ի հաշիվ Գերմանիայում և Ֆրանսիայում իշխանությունների ժամանակավոր թուլացման (կախված ներքին փոփոխություներից):
 
4. Լեհաստանը սկսում է “քանդել” Փարիզ-Բեռլին ռազմավարական առանցքը՝ ձգտելով դեպի անգլոսաքսերի նոր միավորմանը:
 
5. Ռուսաստանն առայժմ կարողանում է կասեցնել հետխորհրդային տարածքում ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդլայնումը, իսկ մնացյալ ԵՄ-ին սկսել է "միավորել" Մոսկվա-Մինսկ նոր համագործակցությունը: Այս իրավիճակում, Ուկրաինան և Վրաստանը ստիպված են լինելու ժամանակավորապես ընդունել չեզոք կարգավիճակ (նախկինում դա անվանում էին ֆինլյանդիզացիյա):
 
6. Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Լեհաստանի հետ մեկտեղ, այժմ նաև Թուրքիան է սկսում իր ռիսկային հակաարևմտյան աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղը: Ընդ որում, այն ավելի շատ կհակադրվի Արևմուտքին, քան Ռուսաստանին:
 
7. ԵՄ-ին՝ սկսզբում “լիբերալ արժեքների”, այնուհետև նաև “կանաչ տնտեսության” շուրջ միավորելու գերմանական ջանքերը, կարծես թե ձախողված են: COVID-19-ի համավարակը ոչ թե միավորեց, այլ բաժանեց Եվրոպան:
 
8. Եվրոպայի արևելքում, միգրանտների դեմ գոյացող լեհական “պատը” փոխում է նաև Եվրոպայի քաղաքականության արժեքային կողմը. ավելի շատ “կառավարել” իրավիճակը քան զբաղվել “կանաչ” տնտեսությամբ:
 
Խնդիրն այն է, որ այս ամենի աշխարհաքաղաքական զոհը կարող է դառնալ հենց Եվրոպան՝ ի դեմս ԵՄ-ի: Հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ ԵՄ-ն դադարել է միասնական կերպով առաջ տանել իր աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերը: Իսկ այսպես կոչված “դիկտատորների” դեմ հայտարարված պայքարը, ավելի շատ նման է փոփոխվող աշխարհակարգի դեմքը փրկելու հուսահատ փորձերի:
Շատ բան կախված է, թե ինչպիսի՞ պատասխաններ կունենա Գերմանիայի նոր կառավարությունը Եվրոպային ուղղված իրավիճակային նոր մարտահարավերների համար: Գերմանիան, կարծես դեռ չի կորցրել Եվրոպան կրնկին միավորելու հույսերը:
