Կառավարությունը բոյկոտող գյուղերի 0 ձայները կգումարի և նոր ընտրություն չի անցկացնի Քաղաքականություն
POLITICSՏԻՄ ընտրություններին 0 ձայն՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սեմյոնովկա և Ծովագյուղ համայնքներից։ Այսպիսով, համայնքի բնակիչներն իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացին ընդդեմ համայնքների խոշորացման։
Ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց, որ «գյուղովի» որոշեցին ու չգնացին ընտրատեղամաս։ Սեմյոնովկա գյուղը, օրինակ, ունի 300 բնակիչ և 195 ընտրող։
Գյուղապետի ԲՀԿ-ական ԺՊ Դավիթ Մնացականյանի մեկնաբանությունը․ «Ժողովրդի կամքն է, ոչ մի ճնշում չի եղել, ժողովուրդն իրա ցանկությունը հայտնեց, չի ուզում այլ համայնքի մեջ լինել, ես էլ ասեցի՝ որտեղ դուք, այնտեղ էլ ես, որովհետև իմ բնակիչները որտեղ, այնտեղ էլ ես»։
Սեմյոնովկայի գյուղապետը մեր զրույցի պահին տեղյակ չէր՝ վերաքվեարկություն լինելու՞ է, թե՞ ոչ։ Ասաց․ «Մենք սպասում ենք կառավարության արձագանքին; Կառավարությունը կորոշի, չեմ կարա հիմա էդ հարցին պատասխանել, բայց եթե քվեարկություն չի եղել, օրենքով նախատեսված կետ կա՞, որ առանց գյուղերի կարծիքը՝ չքվեարկության արդյունքները հաշվի առնելու միավորեն։
Ծովագյուղի գյուղապետի ՀՀԿ-ական ԺՊ Վահրամ Գևորգյանին էլ հարցրինք՝ ընտրատարածքային հանձնաժողովներից, այլ օղակներից եղե՞լ են ճնշումներ, թե՞ ոչ։ «Էդ Ձեր կարծի՞քն ա, թ՞ կառավարության»,-ասաց նա՝ ի պատասխան դիտարկմանը, որ հնարավոր է՝ իրենց կարծիքն ու 0 ձայնը հաշվի չառնվեն, ու գյուղերը խոշորանան։ Նա էլ առաջարկեց սպասել մինչև կառավարության որոշումը։
Բայց, ինչպես պարզվեց, գյուղերի բոյկոտը կառավարությունն ընդունում է ի գիտություն և վերջ, որովհետև, ինչպես «Հրապարակին» հայտնեց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը, նոր արտահերթ ընտրություններ Սեմյոնովկայում և Ծովագյուղում չեն անցկացվի։
«Վերացեք բնակավայրերից․ կա մեկ միասնական համայնք, որի մեջ կա, ենթադրենք, 35 տեղամաս, 2 տեղամաս ոչ ոք չի եկել, արձանագրվել է 0, և դա դիտարկվել է ընդհանուր արդյունքի հաշվարկի մեջ․ ընդհանուր տեղամասերի ցուցանիշները գումարվում են իրար, ճի՞շտ է, իսկ եթե 2 տեղից եկել է 0, գումարվում է 0»,-ասաց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը։
