Պուտինը Լավրովի և Շոյգուի հետ կմեկնի Հնդկաստան
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դեկտեմբերի 6-ին բանակցություններ կանցկացնի Հնդկաստանի վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդիի հետ. հանդիպման հիմնական ձևաչափը կդառնա երկու երկրների ղեկավարների անձնական շփումը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Նախորդ անգամ Պուտինը և Մոդին հանդիպել էին 2019 թվականին՝ Բրազիլիայում անցկացված ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում. վերջին երկու տարում կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պատճառով ղեկավարները կանոնավոր շփումները պահպանել են հեռավար ձևաչափով:
«Ղեկավարների միջև հարաբերությունների հատուկ դեմ առ դեմ ձևաչափին շատ մեծ նշանակություն ենք տալիս, քանի որ դա թույլ է տալիս բացեիբաց քննարկել միջազգային իրադրության ամենաբարդ, ամենանուրբ հարցերը»,- ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը լրագրողներին պատմել է Պուտինի՝ Հնդկաստան այցի նախաշեմին:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ «երկրների միջև բոլոր բանակցությունների միջուկը ղեկավարների անձնական շփումն է, և դա ապահովված է այցի ընթացքում»: Պուտինը Հնդկաստան կայցելի պատասխան այցով: Մոդին Ռուսաստան էր ժամանել 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերին՝ մասնակցելու Արևելյան տնտեսական համաժողովին:
Ռուսական կողմից նախագահին կուղեկցեն արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն և նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը. պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ բանակցությունների փուլում նրանց կմիանա «Ռոսնեֆտ»-ի ղեկավար Իգոր Սեչինը: Ուշակովի խոսքով՝ ծրագրում պլանավորված է ճաշ, որը Մոդին կազմակերպելու է նախագահ Պուտինի պատվի:
«Ղեկավարները կկարողանան քննարկել առավել նուրբ և, հնարավոր է, բարդ հարցեր, որոնք չեն հասցրել արծարծել պատվիրակությունների կազմով բանակցությունների ընթացքում»,-ասել է նա:
