Շիրակի մարզում դեկտեմբերի 5-ին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքում համայնքների խոշորացումից հետո կձևավորվի 5 համայնք՝ Աշոցք, Ամասիա, Ախուրյան, Արթիկ և Անի։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին օրենքի համաձայն՝ վերականգնվում են նախկին շրջանները։ Խոշորացվող համայնքների կազմում կընդգրկվեն այն բնակավայրերը, որոնք խորհրդային տարիներին եղել են համանուն նախկին շրջանների կազմում։
«Մինչ այս, Շիրակի մարզում համայնքների խոշորացման հետ կապված քննարկվել է համայնքների փնջային տարբերակը, բայց, ի վերջո, կառավարության որոշմամբ և վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին օրենքով ընդունվել է նախկին շրջանային համակարգը։ Այսինքն` ինչ շրջաններ, որ ունեցել ենք մարզում,այդ մոդելն ընդունվեց»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի ՏԻՄ և հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների հարցերով վարչության պետ Արամ Անտոնյանը։
