ԱԺ Պատիվ ունեմ խմբակցության անդամ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ «44-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին, Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Սամվել Բաբայանը վերջին օրերին, տարբեր լրատվամիջոցների բավականին ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ է փոխանցել:

Ըստ Բաբայանի՝ զինված ուժերում փորձում են խմբագրել, կեղծել պատերազմական շրջանի հրամանները, այսինքն՝ իշխանությունը փորձում է վերացնել իր հետքերը:

Ճիշտ է՝ վերջինս պնդում է, թե տեղյակ չէ, թե ում կարգադրությամբ է բանակում նման գործընթաց սկսել, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ առանց իշխանության ու անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գիտության կամ նախաձեռնության Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը, Արշակ Կարապետյանը, Արտակ Դավթյանը, ՊԲ նախկին ու ներկա հրամանատարներն ու առավել ևս Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նման քայլի չէին գնա:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ Բաբայանին իշխանությունը նախատեսել էր ընդգրկել ԱԺ 44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովում՝ որպես փորձագետ ու փաստացի հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքը դեռ չսկսված, պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ հրամանատարական բունկերում գտնվող անձանցից մեկն, ըստ էության, սարսափելի հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացնում իրավապահ մարմիններին:

Եթե հիմնվենք Բաբայանի հայտարարությունների վրա, ապա ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը դրա համար է ուշանում, որովհետև մինչև գործընթացի մեկնարկը ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունը զբաղված է պատերազմի օրերին իր արածի ու չարածի հետքերի մաքրմամբ:

Իրավապահ մարմիններից ակնկալիքներ չունեմ, չնայած համոզված եմ, որ հետևում են Սամվել Բաբայանի հայտարարություններին, բայց իմ ասելիքն ուղղված է լրիվ այլ դերակատարներին, նրանց ովքեր ստանձնել են ՊՆ-ում «չիստկաներ» անելու գործընթացը:

Պատերազմի թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուին ու մեղավորին բոլորը լավ գիտեն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան, նրան սպասարկած գործիքներին ևս:

Սակայն իշխանություններին ապահովագրող և պատերազմի վերաբերյալ հետքերը թաքցնող, խմբագրող ցանկացած անձ՝ լինի քաղաքացիական հատուկ ծառայող, զինվորական կամ այլ կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձ, ավելի ծանր պատասխանատվություն է կրելու, քան մյուսները:

Պատմություն սրբագրելու, առավել ևս՝ հանցագործություն պարտակելու այդ անփառունակ գործառույթը որևէ մեկը չի կարող մարսել և վաղ թե ուշ դա բացահայտվելու է, իսկ մեղավորները դավաճաններ են հռչակվելու»:
