Իրազեկում՝ կենսաթոշակի վճարման վերաբերյալ
SOCIETY2021 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա կենսաթոշակների վճարումը կսկսվի դեկտեմբերի 3-ից։
Այս մասին հայտնում է Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունը։
Կենսաթոշակներն անկանխիկ եղանակով վճարման ամբողջական համակարգի ներդրման հաջորդ փուլի շահառուները, Երևան, Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներից բացի, մյուս քաղաքների կենսաթոշակառուներն են։ Ըստ այդմ՝ 2022 թ․ հունվարի 1-ից ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքներում կենսաթոշակները կվճարվեն բացառապես անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ բանկի կամ ազգային օպերատորի (Հայփոստի) միջոցով։
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից։
Բացառություն կկազմեն հետևյալ կենսաթոշակառուները, որոնց կենսաթոշակը կվճարվի իրենց ընտրությամբ՝ կանխիկ կամ անկանխիկ եղանակով․
1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք, 75 տարին լրացած կենսաթոշակառուները,
14 տարին լրացած անչափահաս կենսաթոշակառուները և լիազորագրով կենսաթոշակ ստացողները:
Այսպիսով, բոլոր այն քաղաքաբնակ կենսաթոշակառուներն, ովքեր կենսաթոշակն ստանում են կանխիկ եղանակով և բացառությունների խմբում չեն, արդեն իսկ կարող են դիմել Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային կենտրոն՝ ընտրելով անկանխիկ եղանակով կենսաթոշակը վճարող կազմակերպություն (որևէ բանկ կամ Հայփոստ)․ դիմելու վերջնաժամկետը 2021թ․ դեկտեմբերի 30-նն է։
Եթե քաղաքացին ընտրում է Հայփոստն, ապա Հայփոստի հետ պետք է նախապես կնքի Էլեկտրոնային փողի հաշվառման հաշվի բացման ու համալրման պայմանագիր, և այդ պայմանագիրը կնքած լինելը հավաստող տեղեկանքը (տեղեկանքը տրամադրվում է Հայփոստի կողմից) ներկայացնի դիմումին կից։
Բանկ ընտրելու դեպքում՝ քաղաքացին լրացուցիչ փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացնում։
Այնուհանդերձ, եթե կենսաթոշակը կանխիկ եղանակով ստացող քաղաքացին մինչև 2021թ․ դեկտեմբերի 30-ը չի դիմում կենսաթոշակի վճարման եղանակը փոխելու համար, ապա ՀՀ քաղաքներում 2022 թ․ հունվար ամսվա կենսաթոշակների վճարումը կկատարվի ծրագրային մոդուլի կիրառմամբ, որի արդյունքում ինքնաշխատ եղանակով կընտրվի որևէ վճարող կազմակերպություն։ Երեք աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում ընտրված կազմակերպության մասին կենսաթոշակառուն կտեղեկանա հետադարձ կապի միջոցով՝ բջջային հեռախոսահամարին կամ էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեին (առկայության դեպքում) հաղորդագրություն ստանալու եղանակով։
Վճարման անկանխիկ եղանակի նշված կարգը տարածվում է նաև խնամքի նպաստիի և կենսաթոշակների վճարման կարգով վճարվող՝ ծերության նպաստի, հաշմանդամության նպաստի, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստի, պարգևավճարների և պատվովճարների վրա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ կենսաթոշակների, նպաստների վճարման հետ կապված համանման ընթացակարգն արդեն իսկ կիրառվել է Երևան, Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներում` 2021 թ․ հուլիսի 1-ից։
