INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը կոչ է արել Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին ակտիվ երկխոսություն սկսել հումանիտար հարցերի շուրջ։
«Մենք ողջունում ենք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ուղիղ երկխոսության վերսկսումը երկու երկրների կառավարությունների միջև: Կոչ ենք անում կողմերին առաջընթաց գրանցել հումանիտար հարցերում՝ ներառյալ ռազմագերիների, ականազերծման, անհայտ կորածների, ենթադրյալ միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի խախտումների մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների հետաքննության հարցերը», - ասել է Բլինկենը Ստոկհոլմում ԵԱՀԿ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդում իր ելույթի ժամանակ։
«Հուսով եմ, որ մենք բոլորս, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանը, կկարողանանք աշխատել այս ոլորտում՝ առաջընթաց գրանցելու համար»,֊ասել է Բլինկենը։
Բլինկենը նաև կոչ է արել Բաքվին և Երևանին «լուծել այլ կարևոր խնդիրներ», մասնավորապես՝ սկսել սահմանների սահմանազատումը և սահմանազատումը, վերականգնել տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունը, ինչպես նաև շարունակել փոխգործակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի համանախագահների հետ»։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի կունենա Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումը։
