Քաղաքական զազրախոսությունը հանգեցնում է զազրամտածողության, իսկ զազրամտածողությունը քաղաքական սնանկության: Արդյունքում 2021թ 9 ամիսների կտրվածքով հանրապետությունից արտագաղթել է մշտական բնակչության մոտ 4
տոկոսը:
 
Այս իշխանության քաղաքական սնանկության լավագույն ապացույցներից մեկը ոչ միայն անվտանգային ամուլությունն է, օր օրի թանկացումներն ու աղքատության աճը, այլ այս ամենի արդյունքում մաշվող պետութունը և դրա լավագույն ապացույց համարվող արտագաղթը:
 
Պաշտոնական վիճակագրության համաձայն, 2021 թվականի հունվար սեպտեմբեր ամիսների տվյալներով ՀՀ սահմանային անցակետերով իրականացված մուտքերի և ելքերի տարբերությունը կազմել է -103571 մարդ։ Այսինքն, միայն 9 ամիսների կտրվածքով հանրապետությունը լքել է ավելի քան 103000 մարդ։ Սա դեռ ամբողջական, տարեկան պատկերը չէ:
 
2010 թվականից ի վեր սա ամենավատ ցուցանիշն է արտագաղթի առումով:
Զանգվածային արտագաղթի վտագավոր պատկերն ու սպասվող վտանգներն առավել կամբողջանան, եթե նկատի առնենք այն փաստը, որ կրկնվեմ երկիրից 9 ամիսների կտրվածքով արտագաղթել է մշտական բնակչության մոտ 4 տոկոսը։
