INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիին Գորիի ռազմական հոսպիտալից տեղափոխել են Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարան: Այս մասին հայտնում է Новости-Грузия-ն՝ նշելով, որ քրեակատարողական ծառայության հատուկ շարասյունը պատկերող կադրեր են ցուցադրվել մի քանի հեռուստաալիքով:
Այսօր հերթական դատական գործընթացն է տեղի ունենալու «պիջակների գործով», որով Սաակաշվիլին մեղադրվում է պետական միջոցները մսխելու համար: Դատալսումներն անցնելու են բողոքի ակցիային զուգահեռ, որը կազմակերպում է երկրի խոշորագույն ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունը` «Միասնական ազգային շարժումը»:
Սաակաշվիլիի կողմնակիցները սկսել են հավաքվել դատարանի շենքի մոտ: Տեղում մեծ էկրան է տեղակայվում, որով հեռարձակվելու է երկրի երրորդ նախագահի ելույթը դատարանում:
«Պիջակների գործը» քննվում է արդեն ութ տարի: Ըստ Վրաստանի ՔՕ 182 հոդվածի, որը վերաբերում է բյուջետային միջոցների ծախսմանը, նախատեսվում է 7-11 տարվա ազատազրկում:
Խոսքը 2009-2013 թվականներին 8.8 մլն լարի ծախսելու մասին է: Ինչպես պնդում է դատախազությունը, այդ գումարը Սաակաշվիլին ծախսել է շքեղ հյուրանոցներում և առողջարաններում հանգստի, կոսմետոլոգիական կլինիկաներ այցելության և հագուստի ձեռքբերման վրա:
Բժիշկներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ Սաակաշվիլիի առողջական վիճակը բավարար է, և նա պատրաստ է մասնակցելու դատալսումներին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիին ձերբակալել են հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, երբ վերջինս վերադարձել է Վրաստան՝ երկրում հոկտեմբերի 2-ին կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ընդդիմադիր ուժերին աջակցելու համար: Ձերբակալման օրվանից Սաակաշվիլին հացադուլ էր հայտարարել, որն ավարտել է 50 օր անց: Նախկին նախագահին երկրում հեռակա կարգով դատապարտել էին պատգամավորին ծեծի ենթարկելու և բանկիրի սպանության կազմակերպման համար: Բացի այդ, նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ևս մի քանի գործով, այդ թվում՝ պետական միջոցները մսխելու, լիազորությունների չարաշահման և երկրի սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատելու համար:
