Աշխարհում շուրջ 45 մլն մարդու համար կարող Է սովի խնդիր ծագել. ՄԱԿ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱշխարհի 43 երկրներից շուրջ 45 միլիոն մարդու համար կարող Է սովի խնդիր առաջանալ: Այդ մասին ասված Է ՄԱԿ-ի Հումանիտար հարցերի համակարգման վարչության՝ 2022 թվականի Գլոբալ հումանիտար տեսության մեջ, որը տարածվել Է դեկտեմբերի 2-ին:
«Ծայրահեղ աղքատությունը կրկին աճում Է: (…) Սովը սոսկալի հեռանկար Է մնում 43 երկրներում 45 միլիոն մարդու համար»,- ասված Է փաստաթղթում: Նշվում Է, որ աշխարհի առավել կարիքավոր բնակչությանն օգնություն տրամադրելու համար կպահանջվի 41 միլիոն դոլար: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2022 թվականին աշխարհում 274 միլիոն մարդու համար կառաջանա անհապաղ օգնության եւ պաշտպանության խնդիր, ինչը 17 տոկոսով ավելի Է, քան անցյալ տարվա տեսության մեջ,- նշված Է տեքստում:- Սպասվում Է, որ կպահանջվի 41 միլիոն դոլար առավել կարիքավոր 173 միլիոն մարդու օգնության տրամադրման եւ պաշտպանության համար»:
Հումանիտար հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Մարտին Գրիֆիստի խոսքով՝ կլիմայի փոփոխության հետ կապված ճգնաժամն առաջին հերթին եւ շատ ավելի խիստ հարվածում Է բնակչության ամենախոցելի խմբերին: Գրիֆիստը նշել Է, որ անկայունությունը սաստկացել Է աշխարհի տարբեր մասերում, եւ այդ առանչությամբ հիշատակել Է Աֆղանստանը, Մյանման եւ Եթովպիան:
«Համավարակը տակավին չի ավարտվել, աղքատ երկրները զրկված են պատվաստանյութերից»,- հավելել Է նա: Տեսության մեջ ուշադրություն Է հրավիրվում այն հանգամանքին, որ աշխարհի բնակչության ավելի քան 1 տոկոսը հայտնվել Է տեղանհանված վիճակում: 2022 թվականի գլոբալ տեսությունը ներառում Է արձագաքման 37 պլան 63 երկրների, մասնավորապես, Աֆղանստանի, Հայիթիի, Եմենի, Իրաքի, Կոլումբիայի, Լիբիայի, Մալի, Մյանմայի եւ Ուկրաինայի համար, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
