Ոստիկանությունը նախարարի «վոյաժների» մասով շարունակում է ստուգողական գործողություններ իրականացնել․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը չի թաքցնում՝ օգտվել ու շարունակելու է օգտվել սանավիացիայի ուղղաթիռից։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հարցին, թե որն էր Սյունիք եւ Տավուշ սանավիացիայի միջոցով մեկնելու հրատապությունը, մանավանդ եթե ինքը բժիշկ չէ ու կյանքի-մահվան կռիվ տվող քաղաքացուն հապշտապ բուժօգնություն ցույց տալ չի կարող, Ավանեսյանը խիստ վրդովված տոնով էր արձագանքել․ «Այո, սանավիացիայից եմ օգտվել, ու եթե առաջիկայում էլ անհրաժեշտություն լինի, օգտվելու եմ բոլոր անհրաժեշտ եւ առկա միջոցներից՝ հրատապ կերպով արագ արձագանքման կամ հրատապ հարցերը կարգավորելու համար: Որեւէ արտառոց բան չկա այդ հարցում»։
Մեր մյուս հարցին, թե արդյոք ոստիկանությունը կամ իրավապահ այլ մարմինները դեպքի մասով հարցեր են ուղղել կամ փաստաթղթեր պահանջել նախարարից կամ նախարարությունից, Ավանեսյանը բացառող պատասխան էր տվել։
Գլխավոր դատախազությունը, հիշեցնենք, նախարարի գործողությունների ուսումնասիրության հետագա գործընթացը հանձնարարել էր Քրեական ոստիկանությանը, այսպես ասած՝ 6-րդ վարչությանը։ «ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով, սակայն, ոստիկանությունը նախարարի «վոյաժների» մասով շարունակում է ստուգողական գործողություններ իրականացնել։ Իրավապահները նախարարությունից որոշակի փաստաթղթեր են պահանջել, ընդհուպ նաեւ հիմնավորումը, թե որ դեպքում է նախատեսված օգտվել սանավիացիայից։ Այդ հարցին, ի դեպ, առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն էլ էր անդրադարձել՝ կետ առ կետ նշելով, թե հրատապ ինչ դեպքերում կարելի է ուղղաթիռը գործի դնել։ Դրանք են՝ գանգուղեղային եւ ողնաշարի ծանր վնասվածքները՝ տրավմատիկ շոկով, պոլիտրավմաները՝ խոշոր ոսկրերի կամ ներքին օրգանների համակցված վնասվածքներով, էկզոգեն թունավորումները (կենդանիների խայթոցից, դեղորայքային կամ քիմիական նյութերով), մարմնի արտաքին ծածկույթի 3-րդ, 4-րդ աստիճանի այրվածքները՝ այրվածքային հիվանդությունով, ինֆեկցիոն տոկսիկ շոկով ուղեկցվող հիվանդությունները եւ վիճակները: Ծրագիրը վերաբերում է նաեւ ծննդկաններին, որոնք գտնվում են ծանր վիճակում եւ կարիք ունեն արագ տեղափոխվելու Երեւանի 3-րդ մակարդակի հաստատություններ՝ ծննդալուծման համար:
Նախարարի՝ «Ա» կետից «Բ»-ն հասնելու «օպերացիան», կարծես, այդ հրատապության մեջ չէր մտնում։
Ոստիկանության մեր լավատեղյակ աղբյուրներն էլ փոխանցում են, որ իրավապահներն ինչքան էլ փորփրեն միջադեպն ու փաստեր պահանջեն Առողջապահության նախարարությունից, միեւնույնն է, գործն ի վերջո կարճելու են. քաղաքական հրահանգն այդպիսին է
