Հրաչյա Թաշչյանին ազատել վարչապետի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետի (06-2-Ղ1-1) պաշտոնից»,-ասված է որոշման մեջ:
Նշենք, որ Հրաչյա Թաշչյանը 2020 թ. հուլիսի 8-ից վարչապետի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետն էր։ Նա նոյեմբերի 26-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ Սոչի էր մեկնել։
