Պարեկային ոստիկանության համար ձեռք բերված չեխական արտադրության Skoda Octavia ավտոմեքենաներն իրենց չեն արդարացնում։ Դա չեն թաքցնում նաեւ պարեկային ոստիկանության ծառայողները։ Մեզ ասացին, որ նոր Skoda-ներում հերթով խնդիրներ են առաջանում, հիմնական պատճառը դրանց վրա ավելացված սարքավորումներն են։ Մենք գրել էինք, որ նախ ավտոմեքենաների գնման մրցույթը խախտումներով են անցկացրել՝ մի քանի անգամ գին ու պարամետր փոխելով, որպեսզի ամեն գնով Skoda-ն հաղթի։ Նշել էինք, որ նման քանակի լույսերի եւ գաջեթների տեղադրումը բարդացնելու է մեքենայի աշխատանքը։ Արդյունքում՝ հեշտությամբ շարքից դուրս են գալիս Skoda Octavia-ների փոխանցման տուփերը, որոնք էլեկտրոնային եղանակով են աշխատում։ Պատճառը մեքենայի կողամասում հավելյալ տեղադրված հզոր լուսարձակներն են, ինչն էլ հանգեցնում է խափանման։ Մեզ ասացին, որ հիմա տասից ավելի խափանված մեքենա կա։ Իսկ ընդհանուր մոտ 60 մեքենա տարբեր պատճառներով չի շահագործվում։ Մի մասը վթարի է ենթարկվել ծառայության ընթացքում։ Ի դեպ, վթարված մեքենաների մասերը դժվար են ճարվում։

Հայաստանում Skoda-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ «Չեխ ավտո» ընկերությունը, որը պատկանում է Քաղավիացիայի վարչության նախկին պետ Արտյոմ Մովսեսյանին, չի կարողանում իր վաճառած մեքենաների պատշաճ սպասարկում իրականացնել։ Ոստիկանությունում այս ռիսկերի մասին նախապես գիտեին, բայց երկու ոտքը մի կոշիկ դրած՝ ամեն գնով հենց Skoda են ձեռք բերել, հավանաբար՝ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով, որպեսզի «Տոյոտա» չգնեն։ Հիմա փոշմանել են։ Մասնավոր զրույցում խոստովանեցին, որ բերած օրվանից՝ խնդիրների առջեւ են կանգնել եւ հիմա պատրաստվում են մարզերի համար այլ մակնիշի մեքենա ձեռք բերել։
