SOCIETYԻշխանասար լեռան վրա ոչ մի տեղաշարժ չկա. Երրորդ և չորրորդ գագաթների դիմացից՝ Նորավան-Ծղուկ սարի հատվածում տեղաշարժ չկա, ոնց կանգնած էին, այդպես էլ մնացել են. Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Իշխանասարում ծառայությունը պարբերաբար իրականացնող կամավորներից մեկը։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Սիսիանի Իշխանասար գյուղի վարչական ղեկավարը հայտնել է, որ ադրբեջանցիները լքել են ՀՀ Սուվերեն տարածքը՝ չմանրամասնելով, թե ադրբեջանցիները որքա՞ն են հեռացել։
Փորձեցինք զինվորականներից տեղեկանալ, թե ինչ իրավիճակ է Իշխանասար լեռան բարձունքներում, որտեղ մայիսից դիրքավորվել են ադրբեջանցիները։
«Սարի հատվածում՝ երրորդ ու չորրորդ գագաթի դիմացով ոչ մի շարժ չկա։ Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը տեղակայված են այդ գագաթներում։ Եթե նահանջ լիներ, դրանից հետո մենք ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում կկանգնեինք, բայց ոչ մի տեղաշարժ չկա։ Հիմա այնտեղ բուք ու սառնամանիք է, հնարավոր է մի քիչ այնպիսի տեղ ընտրեն, որտեղ փոս լինի, տեղավորվեն, բայց լրիվ հետքաշվելու մասին այստեղ խոսք չկա»։
Զինվորականը նշեց, որ կոնկրետ պաշտոնական տեղաշարժ կամ զորքի դուրս բերում բարձունքներից չի եղել։ Երրորդ և չորրորդ գագաթների ուղղություններում ծառայությունն իրականացնողները տեղաշարժ չեն նկատել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով մարտեր են ընթացել Սիսիանի տարածքում։ Մասնավորապես, Նորավանից 10 կմ վերևի հատվածում, Ծղուկ սարի և Իշխանասարի միջանկյալ հատվածում։ Այստեղ ևս ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի տեղաշարժի մասին տեղյակ չեն։ Նորավանի ղեկավար Սլավիկ Պապյանը Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ այստեղ նման տեղեկություններ իրենք չունեն։
«Իրականում որևէ նման տեղեկություն չունեմ։ Փորձեք համապատասխան գերատեսչություններից ճշտել, դրա մասին զինվորականները կիմանան։ Կարող եմ ասել, որ առաջ չեն եկել դեպի մեզ, որևէ վտանգավոր գործողություն, որևէ հրաձգություն այս ընթացքում տեղի չի ունեցել։ Տեղեկություն չունեմ իրենց հետ գնալու մասին»։
