Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ հերքվում են «միջանցքի» մասին տարածվող քարոզչական թեզերը. ԱԳՆ

Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ կողմերը վերահաստատում են իրենց պարտավորությունը 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության բոլոր դրույթների հետևողական և անվերապահ իրականացման վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին նշել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանն՝ ի պատասխան նոյեմբերի 26-ի Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարության վերաբերյալ լրատվամիջոցների հարցերին:

«Սա վերաբերում է նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից մինչ այժմ չկատարված, նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության 8-րդ կետով ամրագրված՝ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների և այլ պահվող անձանց վերադարձին և այլ կետերով չկատարված պարտավորություններին։ Նոյեմբերի 26-ի Սոչիի հայտարարությամբ ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատվում է  հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարությամբ արձանագրված տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային բոլոր ուղիների ու տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակման դրույթը և հերթական անգամ հերքվում են «միջանցքի» կամ միջանցքային տրամաբանության մասին տարածվող քարոզչական թեզերը»,-նշել է ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը:

Վահան Հունանյանն ընդգծել է նաև, որ ըստ հայտարարության, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին կայունության և անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնելուն ուղղված քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Իսկ այդ ուղղությամբ առաջնային ու առավել կարևոր քայլը պետք է լինի լարվածության նվազեցմանը միտված քայլերի իրականացումը։

«Համոզված ենք նաև, որ եռակողմ հայտարարությունների դրույթների լիարժեք կյանքի կոչումը կնպաստի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մանդատի ներքո»,-հավելել է Վահան Հունանյանը:
