«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների` Սոչիում կայացած հանդիպումից հետո՝ լրատվամիջոցների համար ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, երեք երկրների առաջնորդների հնչեցրած մտքերը ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանը հետ քայլ է կատարել նախկին հայտարարություններից: Այս տեսակետին է Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Տաթեւիկ Հայրապետյանը։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նա հիշեցրեց, թե հայկական կողմը մայիսի 12-ին` Սեւ լճի տարածք ադրբեջանական զորքեր մուտք գործելուց հետո ինչպես էր հայտարարում, որ սահամանագծման ու սահմանազատման գործընթացների մենարկը չի տրվի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ադրբեջանական զորքերը ՀՀ տարածքից դուրս չեն բերվել:

«Նույնը նաեւ ապաշրջափակման գործընթացի հետ կապված են ասել: Բայց դատելով Սոչիում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումից հետո Ադրբեջանի նախագահի ու արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հայտարարություններից, ինչպես նաեւ Աշխաբադում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումից, ինչի ժամանակ խոսվել է, որ, այսպես ասած, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» իրականություն է դառնում՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները տարակուսելի են թվում։ Բացի այդ, մի կողմից վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նշում է, թե Ադրբեջանի հետ որոշ հարցերում, թվում էր, տարակարծություններ կային, բայց պարզել են` դրանք չկան, մյուս կողմից՝ հանդիպումից հետո միջանքի մասին տեքստեր են հնչեցվում Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից։ Ու այդպես էլ անհասկանալի է մնում, թե ինչու է հանդիպումից հետո Ադրբեջանը շարունակում նույն հռետորաբանությունը»,- մեկնաբանում է նախկին պատգամավորը: Հարցին` հնարավոր է արդյոք, որ եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություններ եղած լինեն, ինչի մասին հանրությունը որոշ ժամանակ անց անակնկալ կերպով կտեղեկանա, Հայրապետյանը ոչինչ չբացառեց։ «Կհիշեք՝ նույն Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի հետ կապված պայմանավորվածությունը գաղտնի էր պահվում, ու երկար ժամանակ ոչ ոք տեղյակ չէր դրանից, այդ թվում՝ մենք` պատգամավորներս։ Այսինքն՝ բազմաթիվ են գործողությունները, որոնց մասին իմանում ենք պոստֆակտում»,- հավելեց նա»։
