«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես երևում է, դեկտեմբերի 5-ին սպասվող Արթիկ խոշորացված համայնքի ավագանու ընտրությունների քարոզարշավն այնքան էլ հարթ ընթացք չունի, ավելին՝ ինչքան մոտենում է ընտրության օրը, նախընտրական լարվածությունն աստիճանաբար մեծանում է:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուների իրավունքները սահմանափակելու համար և ամեն կերպ խոչընդոտում են նորմալ քարոզարշավի իրականացմանը։ Մասնավորաբար, օրերս Արթիկ խոշորացված համայնքի մեջ մտնող Պեմզաշեն համայնքում ՀՅԴ թեկնածու Հակոբ Մաթիլ յանի կողմից պատվիրված քարոզչական պաստառները գովազդային ընկերության կողմից փակցնելու գործընթացն անձամբ խոչընդոտել է այդ համայնքի ղեկավար Անան Ոսկանյանը, որը Արթիկի ավագանու ընտրությունների «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ցուցակի առաջին համարն է, այսինքն՝ քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նա նշել է, թե «իմ գյուղում, բացի իմ պաստառից, այլ թեկնածուի պաստառ չի փակցվելու»։

Նշենք, որ մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Մաթիլ յանի թիմից տվյալ պահին ոչ ոք չի եղել դեպքի վայրում, իսկ պաստառներն այդպես էլ չեն փակցվել։ Մենք զանգահարեցինք Հակոբ Մաթիլյանին, ով հաստատեց, որ Պեմզաշեն համայնքում իսկապես նման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել: Մեր այն հարցին, թե արդյոք դիմե՞լ են իրավապահ մարմիններին, Մաթիլ յանը նշեց, որ այդ մասին ինքը հայտարարել է հեռուստատեսությամբ՝ քարոզարշավի շրջանակներում իրեն հասանելիք եթերաժամին: Ըստ թեկնածուի, իր հրապարակային հայտարարությունը պետք է որ պատկան մարմինները դիտարկեին որպես հաղորդում քարոզարշավը խոչընդոտելու մասին, սակայն մինչ այժմ որևէ արձագանք չկա։
