Վերջնաժամկետին 2 օր է մնացել․ ուշացնելու դեպքում քաղաքացիները կտուգանվեն
SOCIETY2021-ի հունվարի մեկից անշարժ գույքի համար հարկ վճարելը բոլորի համար դարձել է պարտադիր: Մինչև 2021-ը գոյություն ուներ տվյալ ոլորտի 2 տեսակի հարկ՝ հողի և գույքի: Ընդ որում, գույքահարկ տալիս էին այն սեփականատերերը, որոնց գույքի կադաստրային արժեքը անցնում էր 3 մլն դրամը, իսկ մինչև 2021-ը Հայաստանում գործող կադաստրային արժեքները սահմանված են եղել 90-ական թվականներին, հայտնում է «Լուրերը»։
Օրենքի փոփոխությամբ, այս տարվանից 2 հարկերը միավորվում են մեկում և կոչվում անշարժ գույքի հարկ: Այս պարագայում արդեն վերացվել է կադաստրային արժեքի շեմը, միաժամանակ վերնայվել նաև անշարժ գույքի կադաստրային արժեքը:
Հիմա այն հաշվարկվում է շուկայական գնին մոտեցված արժեքով: Նախկին հաշվարկներով կենտրոնում՝ առաջին գոտում գտնվող 1քմ հողի հարկը կազմում էր 2000 դրամից փոքր ինչ ավելի: Կադաստրի կոմիտեի ղեկավարի պնդմամբ, այդ արժեքն այսօրվա գների հետ համարժեք չէր:
Հարկերի մուծման վերջնաժամկետը դեկտեմբերի մեկն է: Միայն այդ ժամանակ հնարավոր կլինի հաշվարկել՝ հարկերի հավաքագրման պլանը կատարվել է թե ոչ: Միաժամանակ հիշեցնում են՝ հարկը չմուծելու դեպքում 720 օր 0.04 տոկոս տուգանք կգա քաղաքացիների վրա, դրանից հետո համայնքը հնարավորություն կունանա դատարան դիմել և ստանալ գումարը: Հավաքագրված գումարը, Երևանի պարագայում նույնպես, ուղղվելու է համայնքի կարիքներին ու զարգացման ծրագրերին, հստակեցնում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի եկամուտների հաշվառման և գանձման վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը, բայց այս պահին դեռ չեն հստակեցրել, թե որ վարչական շրջանին որքան գումար կհատկացվի հավաքագրված գումարից, ասում են՝ գումարը կբաշխվի ըստ անհրաժեշտության:
Հաշվարկել են նաև հաջորդ տարվա նախատեսվող հարկային մուտքերի չափը՝ 9 մլրդ 200 մլն դրամ:
