Պուտինը նշել է եռակողմ հանդիպման նպատակը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նշել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ եռակողմ բանակցությունների նպատակնը՝ ստեղծել պայմաններ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերածննդի համար։
«Ինձ թվում է, որ դա, ըստ էության, մեր բոլոր ջանքերի նպատակն է, այն է՝ պայմաններ ստեղծել տարածաշրջանի վերածննդի համար, որպեսզի մարդիկ այնտեղ իրենց ապահով զգան և նորմալ տնտեսական գործունեությամբ զբաղվեն, զարգացնեն տնտեսությունը», - ասել է ՌԴ ղեկավարը՝ բացելով հանդիպումը։
Պուտինը համոզված է, որ Ռուսաստանը, Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը, հանուն ընդհանուր շահերի, պետք է ձգտեն ամրապնդել երկրների միջև կապերը։
«Մենք դարեր շարունակ միասին ենք եղել՝ որպես մեկ պետության մաս, ունենք շատ խորը պատմական կապեր, և չէինք ցանկանա, որ դրանք փլուզվեն: Ընդհակառակը, մենք պետք է ձգտենք վերականգնել դրանք և պահպանել դրանք ապագայում», - ասել է Պուտինը: .
ԼՂ-ում լայնածավալ մարտական գործողություններ այս պահին չեն չկան, և դա վկայում է այն մասին, որ շատ բան է արվել տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ, նշել է ՌԴ նախագահը։
«Իսկապես, այս ընթացքում շատ բան է արվել, ցավոք, դեռ ոչ բոլոր հարցերն են լուծվել, ես գիտեմ սահմանին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերի մասին, ողբերգական դեպքերի մասին, երբ երկու կողմից մարդիկ են զոհվում և վիրավորվում»,- հայտարարել է նա։
Պուտինի խոսքով՝ այս ամենը առաջնորդների հատուկ ուշադրություն է պահանջում։ «Փաստորեն, հանուն սրա էլ մենք այսօր հավաքվել ենք՝ հետագայում նման դեպքերից խուսափելու համար, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում շատ բան է արվել»,- վստահ է նա։
