Նոյեմբերի 16-ին Ջերմուկի զորամասի 12 զինծառայող է գերեվարվել․ զինվորները մեկ դիրքից մյուսը «Ուրալով» գնալիս շրջափակման մեջ են ընկել, որովհետև այն արդեն հանձնված էր. գերեվարված զինծառայողի ազգական
SOCIETYՍեփական հետաքննության արդյունքում, միմյանց հետ շփման մեջ լինելով, պարզել ենք, որ նոյեմբերի 16-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ գործողությունների ընթացքում Ջերմուկի զորամասից 12 զինծառայող է գերեվարվել։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց նոյեմբերի 16-ին Ջերմուկի զորամասից գերեվարված զինծառայողներից մեկի հարազատը, որը չցանկացավ հրապարակել իր անուն֊ազգանունը` գերի զինվորի վերաբերյալ նույնականացնող տվյալներ չհանրայնացնելու համար։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ օրը գերեվարվածների մի մասը Ջերմուկի զորամասից են, մի մասը՝ Վանաձորի «Դուց»-ի։ «Ջերմուկում զինծառայողներին մեկ օրով են բարձրացրել դիրքեր, գործողությունները 2 հիմնական դիրքերում են ծավալվել, և զինվորները մեկ դիրքից մյուս դիրք «Ուրալով» տեղափոխվելիս շրջափակման մեջ են ընկել, որովհետև այն արդեն հանձնված է եղել»,-ասաց նա։
Գերեվարված զինծառայողի հարազատը նշեց, որ նոյեմբերի 16-ից հետո դիմել են գերիների հարցերով զբաղվող հանձնաժողովներին, բայց տեսանելի արդյունք չկա։
«Առաջինը, որ պետք է զբաղվի այդ ՊՆ կողմից ստեղծված գերիների հանձնաժողովն է, որը լուռ է։ Հստակ թվեր չեն հրապարակվում, թե քանի հոգի են գերեվարվել։ Գնում ենք ՊՆ ինչ-որ ինֆորմացիա պահանջելու, ուղարկում են գերիների հանձնաժողով, իսկ այնտեղ ուղղակի ինֆորմացիա են լրացնում, զուտ անուն-ազգանուն են գրում։ Այդպիսի գերատեսչություն չկա, որ չենք դիմել՝ Կարմիր խաչ, ՄԻՊ գրասենյակ, Քննչական կոմիտե, ՄԻԵԴ-ի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցիչներին»,-ասաց նա՝ նշելով, թե խնդիրն այն է, որ պետության կողմից հստակ չի ձևակերպվում՝ քանի գերի կա։
«Ես սեփական հետաքննությամբ պարզել եմ, որ միայն 12 հոգի Ջերմուկի զորամասից են գերեվարվել, կարծում եմ՝ Գերիների հանձնաժողովի համար դա ու մնացած հանգամանքները պարզելը դժվար չի լինի։ Վարչապետը «լղոզված» թվեր է հայտարարում՝ «24+8» գերիներ, բայց թե այդ 24-ը որտեղից են գերեվարվել, 8-ը՝ որտեղից, հայտնի չէ։ Կարծես չուզենան հստակ թիվ հրապարակել, բայց պետք է լինեն հստակ թվեր, որ ադրբեջանական կողմից էլ կարողանան հստակ թվով պահանջել նրանց վերադարձը։ Եթե չեն հրապարակում, հայց չեն ներկայացնում, ինչպե՞ս են պահանջելու, այդ դեպքում նրանց վերադարձի գործընթացն էլ հարցականի տա է դրվում»,-ասաց գերեվարված զինծառայողի եղբայրը, նշելով,որ 12գերեվարված զինծառայողների հարազատների հետ կապի մեջ է, և հետևաբար, այդտեղից էլ հայտնի է թիվը։
