«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Այսօր Սոչիում տեղի կունենա Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ-Պուտին եռակողմ հանդիպումը, սակայն հանդիպմանն ընդառաջ՝ փակ դռների հետեւում բանակցություններ են ընթանում երկու կողմերի միջեւ՝ Մոսկվայի գլխավորությամբ: Նախօրեին, օրինակ, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակը քննարկել էր Եվրոպայի խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ։

Կրեմլի տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ Պուտինը ներկայացրել էր եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքը՝ տնտեսական, տրանսպորտային կապերի վերականգնումը Հարավային Կովկասում՝ ասելով, որ հենց այդ հարցերն են նախատեսում այսօր քննարկել Սոչիում կայանալիք եռակողմ հանդիպմանը: Նախորդ օրն էլ հեռախոսազրույց է տեղի ունեցել Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների միջեւ:

Սերգեյ Լավրովն ու Արարատ Միրզոյանը եւս քննարկել են նոյեմբերի 9-ի եւ հունվարի 11-ի պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքը: Հետաքրքիր է նաեւ հայ-թուրքական օրակարգը. Երեւանը հայտնել է Մոսկվային՝ պատրաստակամ է առանց նախապայմանների հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման գործընթաց սկսել, թեեւ Անկարան ամենաբարձր մակարդակով վերջին ամիսներին ներկայացնում է Երեւանին իր նախապայմանները:

Ռուս քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Սկակովը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ կտրուկ փոփոխություններ հանդիպումից հետո չի սպասվում: Նրա խոսքով՝ հանդիպման ժամանակ առաջին հերթին կքննարկվի իրավիճակը ռեգիոնում կողմերի միջեւ, հումանիտար խնդիրները, ինչպես նաեւ գլխավոր խնդիրները լուծելու տեսլականը:

«Բեկում չի լինի, քանի որ Թուրքիան եւ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ նախապայմանների լեզվով են խոսում: Նրանք կառուցողական դաշտ չեն տեղափոխվում եւ փորձում են իրավիճակից քաղել քաղաքական մաքսիմալ արդյունքները»։ Նրա խոսքով՝ միակ հարցը, որի շուրջ հնարավոր է քիչ թե շատ համաձայնության հասնել, դեմարկացիայի-դելիմիտացիայի հարցն է, որը կարող է սկսվել այս հանդիպումից հետո:
