INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀայաստանի վերաբերյալ իմ դիրքորոշումը ոչ թե հայամետ է, այլ ռուսամետ: Ես կարծում եմ, որ եթե մեր դաշնակից Հայաստանը տուժել է, ապա կարիք չկա հարցնելու՝ «ո՞ւմ համար է հնչում զանգը»։ Այս մասին «TV Gazeta»-ի հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։ Քաղաքական գործչի խոսքով՝ այդ զանգը հնչում է Ռուսաստանի համար: «Ես միշտ եղել եմ եւ այժմ էլ մնում եմ պատերազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման հակառակորդը, հետեւաբար այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ անցյալ տարի, հրապարակայնորեն որակեցի որպես «ոչ միայն Հայաստանին, այլեւ Ռուսաստանին հասցված հսկայական վնաս»։ Ինչո՞ւ եմ այդպես կարծում: Որովհետեւ Ռուսաստանը ավելի քան 30 տարի, լինելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ, այլ համանախագահող երկրների հետ միասին հանդես է եկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման օգտին։ 2011 թվականին Կազանի հանդիպումից առաջ նա բավականին մոտ էր տվյալ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը։ Այդ ժամանակ պայմանավորվածությունը խափանվեց», - նշել է Զատուլինը։ Ըստ ռուս քաղաքական գործչի՝ նշված պայմանավորվածությունների տապալման մեղավորը Բաքուն է։
Նա նշել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը կարող է լուծվել, սակայն միայն հանրապետության ինքնորոշման ճանաչման միջոցով։ «Այսինքն՝ անհրաժեշտ էր ճանաչել Ադրբեջանից նրա փաստացի անկախությունը։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, դա պետք է արվեր փաթեթային եղանակով՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի սահմանագծի երկայնքով տեղակայված շրջանների՝ բացառությամբ Քելբաջարի եւ Լաչինի միջանցքների Ադրբեջանին փոխանցման հետ։ Այդուհանդերձ, Ադրբեջանում այդ դիրքորոշումը թշնամաբար է ընկալվել։ Ես շատ լավ հիշում եմ, թե ինչպես Ռուսաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Փոլադ Բյուլբյուլօղլուն այս առաջարկի վերաբերյալ կատեգորիկ հայտարարեց, որ դա տիպիկ հայկական դիրքորոշում է։ Ինչ էլ որ լինի, վստահ եմ, որ այս գիծը, ի վերջո, հաջության կհասցնի»,- ասել է ՌԴ Պետդումայի ներկայացուցիչը։
