Մշտապես խոսվում է ներքին արտադրանքի խթանմանն ու դրա զարգացմանն ուղղված քայլերի ձեռնարկման մասին: Այս խնդրի լուծմանն է ուղղված ՀՀ կառավարության այն որոշումը, ըստ որի երեք տարի ժամկետով կհետաձգվի «Ինտերալկո» ընկերության կողմից 200 միլիոն դրամը գերազանցող ապրանքների ներմուծման ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումարների վճարման ժամկետը:
Հարկ է նշել, որ «Ինտերալկո»-ն նախատեսում է Արմավիրի մարզում «Արմենալկո» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող գործարանում իրականացնել խաղողի թորվածքի, բրենդիի, մրգային սպիրտների և գինու արտադրություն: Վերջինս պլանավորում է տեղական ֆերմերային տնտեսություններից գնած հումքից արտադրել խաղողի գինու, մրգերի թորվածքներ, որին ավելացնելով Եվրոպայից ներկրված հումք` մեծածախ քանակով արտահանել ԱՊՀ և այլ երկրներ:
Հատկանշական է, որ ընկերության նախատեսած տարեկան շուրջ 670 մլն դրամի արտադրանքի գերակշիռ մասը պետք է արտահանվի ԱՊՀ, Չինաստան, Թայվան և այլ երկրներ:
