«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Նոյեմբերի 18-20-ին Հայաստանում էին ԵԱՏՄ երկրների վարչապետները` մասնակցելու Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստին։ Տեղի ունեցան նեղ և լայն կազմով նիստեր, ստորագրվեցին 10-ից ավելի փաստաթղթեր։ Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այդպես էլ հանդիպում տեղի չունեցավ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի վարչապետների միջև։ Դա, սակայն, չի նշանակում, թե հանդիպում կազմակերպելու փորձեր հայկական կողմը չի արել։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր աշխատակազմը ամեն ջանք գործադրել են ռուս գործընկերոջ հետ առանձնազրույց ունենալու համար, սակայն դա նրանց չի հաջողվել, քաղաքավարի մերժում են ստացել։ Ի դեպ, Փաշինյան-Միշուստին առանձնազրույցի տեղի չունենալը ժամանակի սղությանը վերագրելը տեղին չի լինի, քանի որ, ինչպես հետո պարզվեց, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վարչապետը ժամանակ է ունեցել նույնիսկ Հայաստանում հաճելի ժամանց անցկացնել «Մալխաս» ջազ ակումբում։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ չհանդիպելն իր պատճառներն ունի։
Մասնավորաբար, ընդամենը օրեր առաջ՝ նոյեմբերի 16-ին, ԱԺ իշխանական խմբակցությունը ակնհայտ հակառուսական հիստերիա էր բարձրացրել, խորհրդարանից դուրս իշխանական և մերձիշխանական գործիչներն ու «միավորները» ևս հերթական անգամ ամեն ինչ փորձեցին գցել ռուսների «գրպանը»։ Ռուսաստանում վստահ են, որ այդ ամենը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ցուցումով է արվել, և փաստացի ռուսական կողմը ցույց տվեց, որ չի ներում իշխանության այս գործելաոճը, անգամ մանր «չարաճճիությունները»։ Ի դեպ, օրեր առաջ մենք նշել էինք, որ Ռուսաստանը Փաշինյանից պահանջել է «մեկուսացնել» Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին՝ գտնելով, որ վերջինս նշյալ օրը խորհրդարանում հակառուսական հիստերիայի համակարգողներից է:
