Team Telecom Armenia-ն նախատեսում է հանդես գալ բաժնետոմսերի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխման առաջարկով (IPO)

Team Telecom Armenia ապրանքային նշանի ներքո հանդես եկող «Տելեկոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն քննարկում է բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն դառնալու ճանապարհով բաժնետոմսերի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխման առաջարկով հանդես գալու հնարավորությունը: Բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն դառնալու այս մտադրությունը պայմանավորված է ընկերության երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական ծրագրով, զարգացման որակապես նոր մակարդակ ապահովելու և ոլորտի առաջատար դառնալու հստակ հեռանկարով:
2020 թ. հոկտեմբերի վերջին Հայաստանի հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում ձևավորվեց լիովին հայկական օպերատոր՝ Team Telecom Armenia-ն: Այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ընկերության աշխատակիցների հզորագույն թիմը միահամուռ ուժերով զարգացնում է ծառայությունները, բարելավում և արմատապես թարմացնում ցանցը, ձգտում դառնալ լավագույնը հաճախորդների համար:
«Վերջին տասը տարիների ընթացքում ընկերությունն առաջին անգամ ցուցաբերել է հասույթի աճ, որը 2021 թվականի 9 ամսվա կտրվածքով 7,3%-ով գերազանցել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը: Մեր թիմի համար սա շատ ոգևորիչ է և միաժամանակ պարտավորեցնող՝ վստահ ենք, որ կարող ենք զարգանալ էլ ավելի արագ։ Բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն դառնալու դեպքում մենք նախատեսում ենք լրացուցիչ ներդրումներ ներգրավել և ցույց տալ զարգացման էլ ավելի դինամիկ արդյունքներ», - նշեց Team Telecom Armenia-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանը:
