Չեմ կարծում՝ ՀՀ-ն կդիտարկի ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հանգամանքը ոչ միայն բազմակողմ, այլև ՌԴ-ի հետ մեր ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների շատ կարևոր խողովակ, հարթակ է։

Այս մասին Հանրային հետուստաընկերության եթերում պատասխանելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի վերաբերյալ հարցին, թե որոնք են մեր երկրի համար այն կարմիր գծերը, որոնք հատելուց հետո ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հավանականությունը կքննարկվի, ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Լրագրողը հարցադրման մեջ նաև հիշեցրել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը չի միջամտել, երբ Ադրբեջանը մայիսին և այս ամսվա ընթացքում ՀՀ սուվերն տարածքն էր հատել և առաջխաղացում ապահովել, ըստ լրագրողի՝ ՀՀ-ն չստացավ համարժեք աջակություն ՌԴ-ի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից։

 «Նաև մենք որպես նախագահող երկիր պետք է աշխատենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը պատշաճ մասնակցություն ունենա մեր տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ապահովմանը։ Նաև պիտի մի քանի կարևոր փաստ արձանագրենք, դա իրողություն է, որին չպետք է քննադատաբար մոտենանք, բայց պիտի արձանագրենք՝ վերջերս ՀԱՊԿ երկրներից մի քանիսը Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ թուրքական աշխարհի հռչակագիր, ռազմավարություն են ստորագրել։ Սա իրողություն է, որը չի կարող համատեքստի վրա չազդել»,-մանրամասնեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նա կարևոր իրողություն համարեց նաև այն, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի ռազմավարական գործընկերն է, ինչն անգնահատելի է համարում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ չափազանց բարձր է գնահատում ռուս խաղաղապահների գործունեությունն Արցախում։

«Նաև, պիտի արձանագրենք, որ, լինելով Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը, Ռուսաստանը Ադրբեջանի թշնամին չէ. Ռուսաստանը բարեկամ ու դաշնակից երկիր է Ադրբեջանի համար ու սա է պատճառը, որ Ռուսաստանը չի փորձում ուժային գործողություններով ինչ-որ լուծումներ գտնել»,-եզրափակեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
