Էդգար Խաչատրյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

1946 թվականին լուսանկարիչ Gerald Waller-ի կողմից մի լուսանկար արվեց, որը հետագայում ամբողջ աշխարհին պետք է ստիպեր երկար մտածել կատարված քայլերի մասին, բայց պատմությունը ցույց տվեց, որ աշխարհը մտածելու փոխարեն ավելի վատ քայլերի գնաց:
Փոքրիկը, որը պատկերված է աջ կողմից որբ էր և կոշիկ էր նվեր ստացել «Կարմիր Խաչից»: Նրա անկեղծ ժպիտի ետևում մի մեծ տխրություն կա, որ մեղավորը մարդիկ են: Հավանաբար փոքրիկի ծնողները պատերազմի զոհ են դարձել:
1946 թվականից անցաել է շուրջ 70 տարի ու ես համացանցում հանդիպում եմ մեկ այլ նկարի: Փոքրիկ սիրիացի աղջնակն ուրախանում է նոր կոշիկներ ստանալու առիթով: Կրկին անկեղծ ժպիտ ու կրկին անասելի տխրություն նրա անկեղծ ժպիտի ետևում: Այս փոքրիկնել է որբ, փախստական է ու նրա ծնողներն էլ ամենայն հավանականությամբ Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցող պատերազմի զոհ են դարձել:
Առաջին նկարից անցել է 70 տարի, ստեծվել են բազմաթիվ միջազգային կառույցներ՝ ՄԱԿ, ԵԽ,ԵՄ, ԵԱՀԿ և այլն: Այս կառույցները կոչված են խաղաղություն ապահովելու: Տարին մի քանի անգամ խաղաղություն հաստատելու մասին զեկույցներ են ընդունում ու ամեն զեկույցից հետո մի որբուկ ավելանում է աշխարհում, մի փոքրիկ խեղդվում է ծովափին:
Անցել է 70 տարի, բայց մարդիկ չեն փոխվել: Անցել է 70 տարի ու ոչինչ չի փոխվել: Հիմա ուղղակի մարդիկ սկսել են iPhon-ների հետևից վազել, հիմա մարդիկ լավ մեքենաների մեջ իրենց iPhon-ներով սելֆիների ժամանակ կեղծ ժպիտներ են ցուցադրում, թե տեսեք տեսեք մենք դեմք ենք ու չեն նկատում փոքրիկների անկեղծ ժպիտները, երբ նրանց կոշիկ են նվիրում ու չեն նկատում այդ անկեղծ ժպիտների մեջ այն անասելի ցավը, որ նրանք ունեցել են իրենց փոքրիկ կյանքում:
