Թյուրքական աշխարհն ու Ռուսաստանը. Փաշինյանի վերընտրումը գրգռել է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի աշխարհաքաղաքական ախորժակը

Lուսանկարը, որում Թուրքիայի Ազգային շարժում կուսակցության առաջնորդ Դևլեթ Բահչելին և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը պատկերված են թյուրքական աշխարհի քարտեզի ֆոնին, օրերս մեծ տարածում էր գտել համացանցում:
Այս մասին գրում է «Ռեգնում» գործակալության սյունակագիր Ալեքսանդր Սավելևը՝ նկատելով, որ լուսանկարը մեծ վրդովմունք էր առաջացրել հատկապես ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների շրջանքում, քանի որ թյուրքական աշխարհի քարտեզում պատկերված զգալի մասը ռուսական տարածքներ էին՝ Հյուսիսային Կովկասից մինչև Սիբիր: Ադրբեջանը, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի նախկին խորհրդային պետությունները, Մոնղոլիայի և Չինաստանի մի մասը նույնպես ընդգրկված էին քարտեզում:
«Պանթյուրքիզմի և պանիսլամիզմի համադրությունն Անկարայի քաղաքականության մեջ անխուսափելիորեն պետք է հանգեցներ էքսպանսիոնիստական ձգտումների, հատկապես՝ համաշխարհային կարգի կործանման և առաջնորդության համար մրցապայքարի սրման ֆոնին»,- գրում է հեղինակը:
Վերջինիս կարծիքով՝ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հաղթանակը 2020 թվականի Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում ավելացրել է պանթյուրքիզմի կողմնակիցների քանակը: «Փաշինյանի վերընտրումը, որի ղեկավարությամբ հայությունը կործանարար պարտություն կրեց, ապացուցել է Հայաստանի քաղաքական խոր ճգնաժամը և գրգռել Ադրբեջանի և նրա մեջքի հետևում կանգնած Թուրքիայի աշխարհաքաղաքական ախորժակը: Ե՛վ Ադրբեջանում, և՛ Թուրքիայում արդեն խոսում են, որ «մեկ ազգ՝ երկու պետություն» հայտնի թեզին փոխարինելու է գալու «մեկ ազգ՝ մեկ պետություն» գաղափարը»,- ընդգծում է հոդվածագիրը:
Նա հավելում է, որ նոյեմբերի 12-ին Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ թյուրքական խորհրդին կփոխարինի թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպությունը: Ըստ էության քաղաքական դաշինքի ստեղծումը, որը ռազմաքաղաքական դառնալու հնարավորություններ ունի, լուրջ վտանգ է ներկայացնում տարածաշրջանային կայունության համար:
Անկարա-Բաքու-Իսլամաբադ առանցքն արդեն պաշտոնապես հայտարարվում է տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության հիմքերից մեկը: Պակիստանը, որը միջուկային զենքի է տիրապետում, լուրջ փաստարկ է տարածաշրջանի պետությունների համար՝ միանալու նորաստեղծ դաշինքին:
«Ռուսաստանը շատ անգամներ է պատերազմել Թուրքիայի հետ, սակայն Թուրքիան երբեք չի եղել նրա դաշնակիցը: Միամիտ ինքնագոհությունն արագ և կտրուկ փոփոխվող աշխարհում մեր երկրին օգուտ չէ: Պաշտոնատար անձանց հրապարակային հայտարարությունները, որ Ալթայը և ոչ թե Ստամբուլն է թյուրքական աշխարհի հայրենիքը, կարող են հանգեցնել միայն այսպես կոչված՝ «թյուրքական աշխարհի» քարտեզի ընդլայնմանը, պետությունների անկախության կորստին, որոնք այն ստացել են Մոսկվայի ձեռքից և հուզումներով հենց Ռուսաստանի ներսում»,- եզրափակում է հոդվածագիրը:
