«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
pravda.ru-ն «Փաշինյանը դավաճանեց Պուտինին. Հայաստանը բացում է «խաղաղության դարաշրջանը» Թուրքիայի հետ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը պայմանավորվել են հանդիպել դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Բրյուսելում ԵՄԱրևելք գործընկերության գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում։ Համաձայնությունը հաստատել է Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրությունից էլ պարզ է դարձել, որ հանդիպման նախաձեռնողը եղել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Սակայն նույն օրը ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը դեռևս վստահություն էր հայտնում, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցով եռակողմ հանդիպում կկայանա Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի մասնակցությամբ։
Նման հանդիպում նախապատրաստում էր դեռ նոյեմբերի սկզբից։ Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ Երևանն ու Բաքուն նոյեմբերի 16-ին Սերգեյ Շոյգուի օգնությամբ հերթական զինադադարը կնքելով առանց Մոսկվային ծանուցելու, այլ բանակցություններ են նախապատրաստել և կփորձեն իրենց խնդիրները լուծել Արևել յան գործընկերության միջնորդությամբ: Այսպիսով, պարզ է դարձել, թե ի՞նչ «միջազգային գործընկերության» այլ տարբերակների մասին էր խոսում ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Սյունիքի մարզում իրավիճակի սրումից հետո, երբ հիստերիկ կերպով պահանջում էր Ռուսաստանից պաշտպանել Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, իսկ եթե ոչ, ապա Հայաստանը կդիմի այլ միջնորդների։
Ի դեպ, Մոսկվային ուղղված գրավոր դիմում այդպես էլ չի եղել։ Անկեղծ ասած, Ադրբեջանի դավաճանությունը տարօրինակ չի թվում, երկիրը Թուրքիայի հետ դաշինքի մեջ է, և Պուտինը դրան վերաբերվում է «ըմբռնումով»։ Բայց Հայաստանի կողմից Ռուսաստանին նման կերպ «խաբելը» կարող է կրիտիկական լինել։ Ռուսաստանը հսկում է Հայաստանի արտաքին սահմանը, ունի ռազմաբազա Գյումրիում, և միայն ռուսական բանակն է ունակ օգնություն ցուցաբերել հայերին, եթե Ալիևն ու Էրդողանը նոր ռազմական արշավ սկսեն։
Փաստացի Փաշինյանը Հայաստանը դնում է թուրքերի ոտքերի տակ: Հայտնի է, որ դրա համար նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են տարվել։ Փաշինյանը խոսում է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» բացման մասին, որի համար Հայաստանը պետք է որոշակի «դրական քայլեր» ձեռնարկի, մասնավորաբար, բացի Զարգեզուրի միջանցքը Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզով: Մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանը կողմերին առաջարկում է պայմանավորվել պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման շուրջ, որը երկարաժամկետ լուծում է, բայց Երևանը դա չի ցանկանում։
Ռուսաստանը պետք է պատրաստվի Հարավային Կովկասից դուրս գալուն և տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական քարտեզի արմատական փոփոխությանը։ Հարցն այն է, թե արդյո՞ք դա ներառված է հայ ժողովրդի ծրագրերում՝ լինել թուրքերի տակ։ Հավանաբար, Հայաստանը նախ՝ կկորցնի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, հետո ամբողջ Հայաստանը, Երևանը կդառնա Իրևան, իսկ հայերը` փոքրամասնություն Օսմանյան կայսրությունում, որը ստեղծվում է (և հաջողությամբ)։
