ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող բազմադրվագ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ կատարված հափշտակությունների դեպքեր:

Ըստ նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների՝ 35-ամյա տղամարդը համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ ուրիշի գույքը հափշտակելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, տարբեր պատրվակներով տիրացել է մի շարք անձանց «Իդրամ» դրամապանակների տվյալներին, դրա միջոցով կնքել է առցանց վարկային պայմանագրեր և հափշտակել է վարկային պայմանագրով տրամադրված դրամական միջոցները՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:

Այսպես՝ 2021թ. հուլիս ամսից մինչև սեպտեմբեր ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տղամարդը, համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ հափշտակություն կատարելու մեկ միասնական դիտավորությամբ, «Յանդեքս» առցանց հավելվածով պատվիրված տաքսի ծառայության միջոցով իրականացրել է տարբեր երթեր, որոնց ընթացքում, տարբեր պատրվակներով տիրացել է ավտոմեքենայի վարորդների անվամբ բացված «Իդրամ» դրամապանակների տվյալներին, ինչից հետո տնօրինելով նշված դրամապանակները՝ վերջիններիս անվամբ առցանց եղանակով ձևակերպել է վարկային պայմանագրեր և համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ հափշտակել է պայմանագրերով հաստատված խոշոր չափերի դրամական միջոցներ:

2021թ. նոյեմբերի 19-ին 35-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 181-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության այս տեսակի տարածումը՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը հորդորում է, որ ինչպես այս այնպես էլ համանման այլ հանցավոր արարքներից տուժած քաղաքացիները դիմեն իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ միաժամանակ զերծ մնալով սեփական դրամապանակների տվյալները տրամադրելուց:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
