Ասաց՝ կամանդիր, նահանջի հրաման տան, չեմ ենթարկվի
SOCIETYՊատերազմից հետո մեր գերիներին վերադարձնել չկարողացող, հակառակը` նոր գերիներ տվող իշխանությունը հիմա էլ գերի ընկած զինվորներին հանցագործի պիտակ է ցանկանում կպցնել։ ԱԺ-ում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնարկեց, որ գերի ընկածների մեջ կարող են նաեւ հանցագործներ լինել։ «Ի բնե հնարավոր չի այնպիսի բան, որ ՀՀ սահմանների պահպանության վերաբերյալ տրվի չկրակելու կամ սահմանը չպաշտպանելու հրաման, դա կլինի ուղիղ պետական դավաճանություն։ Գերիների մասով, կարծում եմ, որ ժամանակն է գերեվարման յուրաքանչյուր դեպք պատշաճ ձեւով հետաքննենք, որովհետեւ ՀՀ զինված ուժերում ծառայության անցնող յուրաքանչյուր անձ ունի պարտականություններ։ Գուցե մենք սխալ ենք վարվել էմոցիոնալ ֆոնի վրա, բայց պետք է քննվի` ինչ է նշանակում գերի ընկնել, ինչ հանգամանքներում։ Զինվորական կանոնագրքերը հստակ սահմանում են, թե որ դեպքում է, որ գերի ընկնելը չի համարվում հանցագործություն։ Պետք է քննենք՝ այդ դեպքի՞ հետ գործ ունենք, թե՞ ոչ։ Եթե մարդը վիրավոր է կամ անգիտակից վիճակում, ոչ մի պրետենզիա չի կարող լինել»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Նոյեմբերի 16-ին Սյունիքում ընթացած թեժ մարտերի հետեւանքով ադրբեջանցիների կողմից գերեվարված, հետո սպանված զինծառայող Տարոն Սահակյանի զինակից ընկերը մեզ պատմեց, որ Տարոնի հետ ծանոթացել է դեռ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ: Նա ասում էր, որ Տարոնը գերի հանձնվող չէր։
«Ավագ լեյտենանտ Տարոն Ջիվանի Սահակյանին անձամբ եմ ճանաչել, ծանոթացել ենք անցած տարվա պատերազմին, նշանակվել էր ականանետային մարտկոցի հրամանատար, շատ էր ուզում գար Արցախ, անգամ կռիվ ու վիճաբանություններ սարքեց մի քանի անգամ, բայց որոշվեց, որ պիտի իր մարտկոցով ուրիշ տեղամասում դիրքավորվի, դիրքավորվեց` զրոյից, ամրացավ ու մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 15-ը մնաց դիրքերում։ 15-ի գիշերն եմ վերջին անգամ խոսել հետը: Իրոք դուխով տղա էր, զարմանում եմ՝ ո՞նց է գերի ընկել։ Ինքը կռվող տեսակ էր ու հայրենասեր։ Տարոնին ծեծելով են սպանել, որովհետեւ վիդեոյում վիճակը նորմալ է, ծխում է։ Վերջին անգամ որ խոսեցինք, ասաց՝ կամանդիր, դու ինձ գիտես, եթե նահանջի հրաման տան, չեմ ենթարկվի, հետիս տղերքն էլ են կռվի պատրաստ, ամեն ինչով զինված ենք, դուխներս բարձր է։ Եթե չթողնեն կռվենք, զեկուցագիր եմ գրելու, զորացրվեմ։ Մինչեւ վերջին պատերազմը Տարոնը ծառայել էր ե՛ւ բանակում, ե՛ւ իրավապահ համակարգում, անզիջող, շատ սկզբունքային ծառայող է եղել, երկու համակարգի հետ էլ յոլա չի գնացել, դուրս է եկել, հետո, պատերազմի մասին լսելով, կամավորագրվել էր, պատերազմից հետո էլ էլի որոշեց ու կրկին անցավ ծառայության։ Շատ աշխույժ ու պրպտող տղա էր, իր անձնակազմին էլ կարողանում էր ղեկավարել։ Պարապ չէր մնացել կռվի ժամանակ, մեծ գործ էր արել՝ ինժեներական կահավորման առումով․ զրոյից դիրք էր սարքել»,- պատմում է Տարոնի զինակից ընկերը՝ բացատրելով, թե ինչպես են զինվորները գերի ընկնում․
«Ես՝ ինքս, մի քանի անգամ ինձ ցրիվ տալու պատրաստ եմ եղել, բայց մինչեւ վերջ հույս ես ունենում, որ էս ա, ու մեր հրետանին սրանց կխփի, էս ա կփախչեն, կամ իրենք քեզ կխփեն, եսիմ, հազար ու մի բան կա, էլի, բայց վաղուց ապացուցված իրողություն է, որ խրամատից փախար, 99 տոկոսով դիակ ես, հանձնվեցիր՝ նույն ձեւ»։
