Նոյեմբերի 16-ի ադրբեջանական հերթական ագրեսիայից առաջ, մոտ տասն օր շարունակ ռուսաստանյան լրատվամիջոցները ավելի ու ավելի հաճախակի էին բարձրաձայնում այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում նոր թափ է ստացել հակառուսական հիստերիան: Նշում էին, որ այս դաշտում «առաջամարտիկներն» են ոչ միայն ԱԺԲ-ն, որի առանձին ներկայացուցիչներ, ըստ ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ների, նույնիսկ սպառնալիքներ են հնչեցնում ռուս խաղաղապահների ու Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատան հասցեին, ոչ միայն այս թեմայում «մշտական» ունեցող, այսպես կոչված, սորոսականները, այլև հենց իշխանության առանձին շրջանակներ, որոնք Արցախում և Հայաստանի սահմաններում տեղի ունեցող ցանկացած բախում կամ միջադեպ փորձում են ռուսների «գրպանը» գցել:

Եվ ահա, նախօրեի իրադարձությունների ֆոնին ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ները հատուկ շեշտադրումներ են անում այն հանգամանքին, որ ԱԺ նիստում մեծամասնություն կազմող խմբակցության պատգամավորները «հերթով-շարքով» օգնության էին կանչում Ռուսաստանին՝ միևնույն ժամանակ շանտաժ անելով Մոսկվային, թե հակառակ դեպքում կդիմեն այլ ուժերի: Ռուսաստանյան մի շարք փորձագետներ կարծիք են հայտնում, որ ոչ միայն նոյեմբերի 16-ի իշխանական ելույթներն ու հայտարարությունները, այլև վերջին շրջանում առավել սրված հակառուսական «քաոսը» հուշում են, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը արտաքին քաղաքականության վեկտորի փոփոխության խնդիր է դրել:

Ի դեպ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ԱԺ նոյեմբերի 16-ի նիստի բոլոր ելույթներն անխտիր մշակված կամ հաստատված են «ամենավերևում», այն է՝ անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից: Այն, որ ՔՊ-ում ելույթների գերակշիռ մասը նախապես համաձանեցվում է, նորություն չէ, սակայն, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այս դեպքում աշխատել են ամեն մի ձևակերպման վրա, որպեսզի «կուրսը» նույնական լինի:
