Այսօր Ազգային ժողովում «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Մամիջանյանը մեջբերեց երեկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անդամների խոսքերը, մասնավորապես․ «Անվտանգության բարձիկները իրենք պետք է ապացուցեն՝ բարձիկ են, թե ծակած փուչիկ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ նոր դաշնակից կգտնենք, ժամանակն է եկել, որպեսզի տանք մեր դաշնակիցների գնահատականը»
Հայկ Մամիջանյանը իր խոսքն ուղղելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ասաց, որ այս հակառուսական հիստերիան զեղում են Փաշինյանի թիմի անդամները։ «Սա ձեր հրահա՞նգն է, թե՞ իրենց ինքնագործունեությունը, թեև բոլորս գիտենք, որ ձեր խմբակցության մեծքամասնությունը ելույթները ստանում է մեսինջերներով»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ նույնիսկ արտաշնչելը միշտ չի, որ անում են՝ առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համաձայնության։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյաննն ակնհայտ համարեց, որ եթե նույնիսկ հակառուսական հիստերիա կա, դրա հեղինակը իշխող մեծամասնությունը չէ, և ասաց, որ ամբիոնից հնչած մտքերը սուբյեկտիվ մեկնաբանության կարիք չունեն։
«Մենք ասել ենք, որ հայ-ռուսկան ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը առանցքային գործոններից է, և ՀԱՊԿ–ը այն անվանգության համակարգն է, որին մենք անդամակցում ենք և հույս ունենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի՝ նման իրավիճակում նախատեսված մեխանիզմները գործարկվեն»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ նախկինում դրանք գործարկելու առիթ չի եղել, և առաջին անգամ է, որ նման իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել։
Հայկ Մամիջանյանը հարց բարձրացրեց, թե ինչպես ստացվեց, որ այդքան ուշ դիմեցին ՀԱՊԿ–ին, կամ Ռուսաստանին. «Քիչ առաջ ասացիք, որ չկրակելու հրաման տվողը պետական դավաճան է, իսկ մի կես տարի առաջ էլի դուք ասել էիք՝ դե հո Սև լճի 30 տոկոսի համար պատերազմ չէի սկսելու, պետական դավաճանությունը պոզով-պոչով չի լինում, հենց սենց է լինում, ու լավ է, որ ձեր արդարադատության նախարարը նախաձեռնել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների վերանորոգում, որովհետև ձեր ապագան հաստատ էդտեղ է անցնելու»,–ասաց պատգամավորը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը արձագանքեց․ «Ես ձեզ համար վատ լուր ունեմ, ես ՀՀ 4 քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում եղել եմ և ամենևին վատ չեմ զգացել»;
Այնուհետև դահլիճում աղմուկ բարձրացավ, վիրավորանքներ հնչեցին, և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը լքեց դահլիճը։
«Մարդիկ կան, որոնց շատ հեշտ է ՔԿՀ-ներով վախեցնել, տեսաք՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի անուն տվեցի, ամբողջ խմբակցությունով փախան։ Որևէ բառ օգտագործելուց առաջ մտածեք, թե որ էդ բառակապակցությունը ձեզ նայելով ասեն, ձեզ հետ ինչ է կատարվելու, տեսանք՝ ինչ է կատարվում»,–ասաց Փաշինյանը:
