Չկրակելու հրաման չի կարող լինել․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԱԺ-կառավարություն հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը հարցրեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին․ «Ո՞վ չտվեց կրակելու հրաման, կամ ո՞վ տվեց չկրակելու հրաման, որովհետև հրապարակված տեսանյութերով որոշակի գծերով տեսանելի էր, որ մարտական դիրքերից մեկի գրավումը տեղի է ունենում առանց փոխհրաձգություն։ Դրա հաջորդ օրերին պաշտոնապես արձանագրվեց, որ ունենք 13 գերեվարված և 24 զինծառայողի հետ կապը կտրված է։ Ո՞վ էր այս իրավիճակի պատասխանատուն»։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց․ «Դուք ասում եք՝ կրակելու հրաման, հետո պարզվեց, որ 13 հոգի գերի են ընկել։ Դուք կիրակի և երեքշաբթի օրվա դրվագները խառնում եք իրար և փորձում եք ստեղծել մի դրվագ։ Ի բնե հնարավոր չէ այդպիսի բան, որ ՀՀ սահմանների պահպանության վերաբերյալ տրվի չկրակելու կամ սահմանը չպաշտպանելու հրահանգ։ Դա կլինի ուղիղ պետական դավաճանություն։ Բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ նաև պիտի ձեզ կոչ անեմ, որ էդ կարգի լուրերը տարածելուց առաջ մտածենք։ Ի՞նչ է նշանակում՝ հրաման է եղել չկրակելու։ Այդպիսի բան չի կարող լինել։ Նախ չկրակելու բանավոր ու գրավոր հրաման տվողն ինքը գործում է պետական դավաճանություն ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքը պաշտպանելու գործում»։
