POLITICSՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի ուղերձը՝ բուժծառայողի օրվա կապակցությամբ․
Սիրելի ռազմական բժիշկներ.
Բանակի բուժծառայությունը հիրավի փառավոր ու սխրալի ճանապարհ է անցել: Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի թոհուբոհում ռազմական մկրտություն ստացած բժիշկները խիզախության, մասնագիտական բարձր պատրաստության, անսահման նվիրումի ու հայրենասիրության բազում օրինակներով կերտեցին իրենց վարքականոնը, դրեցին բուժծառայության հիմքերը, իսկ խաղաղ բանակաշինության տարիներին պատվով կատարեցին զինվորին ու սպային բարձրակարգ բուժօգնություն ցույց տալու, նրանց առողջությունը պահպանելու և շարք վերադարձնելու հույժ կարևոր առաքելությունը:
Բանակի բուժծառայությունն իր կենսագրության ընթացքում զարգացման, առաջընթացի ու ձեռքերումների ճանապարհ է անցել, համալրվել է ժամանակակից բուժսարքավորումներով, զինվորական բժիշկները տարեցտարի բարձրացրել են իրենց մասնագիտական ունակությունները, ներդրվել են ժամանակակից աշխարհին հարիր բուժօգնության ձևեր ու մեթոդներ, սակայն բուժծառայության ամենամեծ ձեռքբերումը կար ու մնում է զինվորական բժշկի սերն ու հոգատարությունը զինվորի ու սպայի հանդեպ, նրանց կյանքի ու առողջության համար անձնուրաց պայքարելու պատրաստակամությունը:
44-օրյա պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ բանակի բուժծառայությունը շարունակում է ավանդույթները. զինվորական բժիշկները մարտական գործողությունների ամենաթեժ կետերում, կրակի մեջ, արկերի տարափի տակ, վտանգելով սեփական կյանքը բուժօգնություն էին ցուցաբերում Հայրենիքի ազատության համար կռվող զինվորին ու սպային, պայմանագրայինին ու կամավորականին, փրկում հազարավոր կյանքեր: Նրանք իրենց սխրանքով մեր փառքի պատմությունը հարստացրել են նորանոր ասքերով: Նրանց օրինակով է արիանալու բանակի բուժծառայության նոր հերթափոխը:
Նրանց սահմանած նշաձողը երբեք չի իջնելու: Այսօր՝ Բուժծառայողի օրը, մենք խնկարկում ենք հայոց ազատագրական պայքարի ընթացքում ընկած բոլոր զինվորական բժիշկների հիշատակն ու փառաբանում նրանց սխրանքը: Շնորհավորում եմ բոլոր բուժծառայողներին մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ: Դուք վաստակել եք փառքով ու հպարտությամբ կրելու բժշկի ու զինվորականի բարձր կոչումները: Բոլորիդ մաղթում եմ խաղաղ հայրենիք: Բարեկեցություն, արևշատություն ու երջանկություն ձեր ընտանիքներին:
