Երեկվանից համացանցում տեղեկություն է շրջանառվում, որ մեր զինվորները Սյունիքում իրենց վրա գրոհող ադրբեջանցի զինվորների վրա չկրակելու եւ դիրքերը նրանց զիջելու` նահանջելու հրաման են ստացել։ Դա է պատճառը, որ դիրքերն առանց կրակոցի հանձնվել են թշնամուն։ Մեզ ասացին, որ այդ տարածքը հատուկ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատար Արտակ Բուդաղյանի պատասխանատվության ներքո է, եւ չկրակելու կամ նահանջելու հրամաններն էլ առանց նրա գիտության չէին կարող արձակվել:

Ի դեպ, Արտակ Բուդաղյանը զոհված գնդապետի` Լիսկայի ընտանիքի հետ բախման արդյունքում սպանված Ավետիք Բուդաղյանի եղբայրն է: Նա մասնակցել է 44-օրյա պատերազմին, բայց նրա ղեկավարած զորամիավորումից գրեթե մարդ չի փրկվել: Չնայած դա չի խանգարել, որ պատերազմից հետո նրան գեներալի կոչում տան եւ բանակի կորպուսի հրամանատար նշանակեն: Իսկ հատուկ բանակային կորպուսը ստեղծվել է վերջերս, օգոստոսի 26-ին էլ այդ կորպուսի հրամանատար է նշանակվել գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Բուդաղյանը։

Մենք զանգահարեցինք Ա. Բուդաղյանին՝ հասկանալու, թե ով կամ ինչու է չկրակելու հրաման տվել մեր զինվորներին։ Նա, սակայն, ասաց, որ դիրքերի տեղաշարժն իր տարածքում չի եղել։ «Եթե իմ տարածքում չի, ես չեմ տա ոչ մի բացատրություն, դրա համար կա մամուլի խոսնակ, Ձեր ցավը տանեմ, ես իրավասու չեմ»,- ասաց նա։ Դիտարկմանը, թե Սյունիքում կարծում են, որ իր պատասխանատվության հատվածում է տեղի ունեցել դա, Բուդաղյանն ասաց․ «Ոչ, իմ պատասխանատվության հատվածում չէ»։

- Իսկ ո՞վ է, այդ դեպքում, չկրակելու հրաման տալիս մեր զինվորներին։

- Դրա համար, ասում եմ, դիմեք մամուլի խոսնակին։ Իմ տարածքում ոչ մի բան չկա, նորմալ ա, իրադրությունն էլ հանգիստ ա։

- Ո՞րն է Ձեր տարածքը, Դուք հատուկ բանակային կորպուսի ղեկավարն եք, չէ՞։

- Ի՞նչ գործ ունես՝ որն ա իմ տարածքը։ Դրա գաղտնիությո՞ւնն էլ Ձեզ ասեմ, որ թերթերում երեւա՝ որը որտեղ ա։
