SOCIETYԹուրքական դատարանը կարգադրել է Coca-Cola-ի բաղադրության հետաքննություն անցկացնել, որպեսզի պարզի, թե պարունակո՞ւմ է արդյոք զովացուցիչ ըմպելիքը վնասակար բաղադրիչներ, ասել է BirGün-ը։
Այս վճիռը հետեւել է Պետխորհրդի որոշմանը, որը չեղյալ է համարել տեղական դատարանի որոշումը, որը մերժել է առողջապահության ոլորտի աշխատակցի միջնորդությունը՝ ուսումնասիրելու, թե պարունակում է արդյոք ըմպելիքը քիմիական եւ քաղցկեղածին նյութեր, ի թիվս այլ վնասակար բաղադրիչների:
2014-ին Էթհեմ Օզթյուրքը դիմում է ներկայացրել Թուրքիայի գյուղատնտեսության եւ անտառտնտեսության նախարարություն՝ ըմպելիքի բաղադրությունը հետաքննելու համար՝ կոչ անելով արգելել դրա գովազդը՝ հղում անելով այն բանին, որ այն բացասական ազդեցություն է գործում երեխաների վրա:
Այն բանից հետո, երբ տեղական դատարանը մերժել է նրա հայցը՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ ըմպելիքի բաղադրիչներն արդեն ուսումնասիրվել են, եւ վաճառքներն ապացուցել են դրա անվտանգությունը, Օզթյուրքը 2015 թվականին գործը ներկայացրել է Անկարայի դատարան, որը նույնպես մերժել է հետաքննության նրա միջնորդությունը։
Ի վերջո, նա այս հարցով դիմել է Պետական խորհուրդ, որն ընդունել է նրա բողոքը՝ նշելով, որ տեղի դատարանը Օզթյուրքի հայցը առանց խմիչքի բաղադրիչները ստուգելու է մերժել։ Դատարանը հետաքննության համար փորձագետ է կանչել։
