Օրերս Արցախում գործող շուրջ երեք տասնյակ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ բաց նամակով դիմել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին` Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում պարբերաբար իրականացվող սադրիչ գործողությունների կանխման խնդրանքով։

«Ադրբեջանական կողմի նման պահվածքը խաթարում է տարածաշրջանում հաստատված կայունությունը, սպառնալիք է Արցախի ժողովրդի համար և նպատակ ունի վարկաբեկելու ՌԴ-ի կողմից իրականացվող խաղաղապահ առաքելությունն Արցախում» ,- ասված էր նամակում:

«Արդարություն» խմբակցությունից Դավիթ Գալստյանն այն տեսակետին է, որ բաց նամակում ոչ միայն պոպուլիստական, այլ նաև մտահոգիչ մտքեր են արտահայտված:

ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա նշեց, որ մտահոգիչ է նաև այն, որ իշխանության հետ կապ չունեցող մի շարք ՀԿ-ներ մտել են իշխանական թեևի խաղի մեջ: Հարց է բարձրացնում՝ Պուտինին ուղղված նամակի տակ ստորագրած ՀԿ-ներին չի՞ զարմացնում հանգամանքը, որ միայն մեկ քաղաքական ուժի ստորագրություն կա, ու որևէ այլ քաղաքական ուժի այդ նամակի տակ ստորագրելու առաջարկ չի եղել:

«Բաց նամակի հեղինակներն այն նույն ուժերն են, որ իրենց իսկ թերացումը փորձում են մեկ այլ երկրի իշխանություններին վերագրել: Այդ նամակի մեջ չտեսանք, որ ՀՀ-ի կամ Արցախի իշխանություններին որևէ ձևով կոչ անեին անվտանգության մակարդակ բարձրացնել:

Այսինքն՝ դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ այդ նամակն Արցախի՝ հոգեվարքի մեջ գտնվող իշխանություններն են հեղինակել, ու նոր տեխնոլոգիաներով շարունակում են մոլորեցնել և շեղել հանրությանը: Եվ իշխանության «խորամանկ» քայլերիհետևանքով բաց նամակի տակ ստորագերլ են մմի շարք ՀԿ-ներ ու խաղի անմիջական մասնակից դարձել»,- շեշտում է նա:
