Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ լուսանցքում ու կատարել այլոց որոշումները

Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է․ 

«Հայաստանն իր սուբյեկտայնությունը սկսել է կորցնել 2018թ. երկրորդ կեսից։ Ճիշտ օրն էլ է հայտնի՝ 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 28։ Այդ օրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Դուշանբեի վերելակներից մեկում հանդիպեց Ալիևին, հետո եկավ ու հայտարարեց, որ վերջինիսի հետ համաձայնություններ է ձեռք բերել։ Դրանից հետո օր օրի Հայաստանն ավելի ու ավելի քիչ էր ազդում սեփական ճակատագիրը կանխորոշող որոշումների վրա։

2020թ. Հուլիսյան մարտերից հետո հայկական պետությունը դիվանագիտական դաշտում իրավիճակը շտկելու վերջին շանսը ստացավ, բայց այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատելու փոխարեն Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմակիցները նախընտրեցին հաղթանակ տոնել, հընթացս էլ մատ թափ տալ Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և ընդհանրապես ողջ աշխարհի վրա։ 

Այդ պահից սկսած Հայաստանի հետ ոչ ոք ոչինչ այլևս չի քննարկել։ Որոշումները կայացվել են այլ մայրաքաղաքներում ու խոսքով, իսկ հաճախ էլ զենքի ուժով պարտադրվել Երևանին։ 2019-ից մինչ օրս ոչինչ չի փոխվել։ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ լուսանցքում ու կատարել այլոց որոշումները։ 

Դրա համար, հիմա երբ փորձում ենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում Սյունիքում, ինչու՞ է թշնամին շարունակում տարածքներ զավթել սահմանում և ստորացնել մեր զորքը, պետք է հստակ իմանանք, որ պատասխանը մեկն է՝ կապիտուլյացիա ստորագրած ՀՀ իշխանությունները հերթական սխալն են գործել ու հիմա պատժվում են դրա համար։ Իրավիճակի ողբերգությունը նրանում է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության քայլերի սխալն ու ճիշտը հիմա այլոք են որոշում։ Հիմնականում Ալիևը։ Ուստի, երբ Փաշինյանն իրեն «ճիշտ» է պահում, Ալիևը դրանից գոհ է։ Իսկ երբ «սխալ», ապա պատժում է։

Ու սա փակ շղթա է, որը կարելի է պատռել բացառապես մեկ եղանակով՝ Փաշինյանին իշխանությունից հեռացնելով։ Կարծում եմ՝ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ է լավ հասկանում սա։ Բայց նա շարունակում է կառչած մնալ աթոռին, ինչով և հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է իր դավաճան լինելու փաստը։ Դե իսկ ընդդիմությունն էլ, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, չի կարող այդ հարցը լուծել։ Պատճառները շատ են, բայց իմ կարծիքով խորքային ու ամենակարևոր պատճառն այն է, որ էլիտաները մեծ հաշվով գոհ են Փաշինյանի իշխանությամբ։ Էլիտաները ազգային շահով չեն առաջնորդվում։ Ոչ էլ պետական։ Նրանք իրենց սեփական շահն ունեն, որը չեն ուզում ռիսկի ենթարկել։ Դրա համար էլ լուռ հետևում են պետության կործանման գործընթացին։ Հենց էլիտաների և ոչ թե հանրային լայն շրջանակների դավաճանությունը հնարավոր դարձրեց 2018-ի հեղաշրջումը։ Հետո մեր պարտությունը։ Իսկ հիմա էլ՝ կործանումը։

Այս ամենով հանդերձ, սակայն, ես շարունակում եմ վստահ լինել, որ բեկման պահը հասունացել է։ Աստված առաջ, շատ շուտով հայկական պետությունը կսկսի վերականգնվել ու այդ ընթացքում ամենակարևոր հանգամանքն այն կլինի, որ ազգային ռեսուրսներ վատնող տարաբնույթ կենդանիներ կրկին չմակաբուծեն պետական ու հանրային ինստիտուտների վրա»։
