Քանաքեռում սպանված Տյուշի որդիները ձերբակալված են. նոր մանրամասներ
VIDEOՔանաքեռում երեկ տեղի ունեցած «Քանաքեռցի Տույի», ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արտուշ Սիմոնյանի՝ Տյուշի և ևս երկու անձի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալված է 5 անձ, այդ թվում՝ Տյուշի բոլոր չորս որդիները։ Ձերբակալվածներից մեկը 19-ամյա երիտասարդ է։ Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ժամը 02.40-ի սահմաններում զինված ընդհարում է տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արտուշ Սիմոնյանի տանը, որի հետեւանքով 4 անձ սպանվել է, նրանց թվում՝ տանտերը, քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Քանաքեռցի Տույը։
Auroranews-ի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ կողմերի միջեւ առկա տարաձայնությունների քննարկման ժամանակ առաջինը կրակել է քրեական հեղինակությունը՝ Քանաքեռցի Տույը, որն այս ընտրություններում, ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների, հանդես է եկել որպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմի անդամ՝ աշխատելով ՔՊ-ի օգտին։ Իսկ կրակոցներն արձակվել են Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից պարգեւատրված զենքով։ Այնուհետեւ՝ Ա.Սիմոնյանի որդին ավտոմատով կրակոցներ է արձակել Տույի ու նրա մարդկանց ուղղությամբ։ Փոխհրաձգության արդյունքում 4 անձ սպանվել է, որոնցից երկուսը մահացել են տեղում՝ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավորն ու քրեական հեղինակությունը, եւս երկուսը՝ հիվանդանոցում։ Հրազենային վնասվածքներով 4 անձ շարունակում է բուժօգնություն ստանալ հիվանդանոցում։ Վիրավորների թվում է նաեւ Արտուշ Սիմոնյանի՝ Տյուշի որդին։ Ոստիկանությունը հայտնել է, որ դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 45 պարկուճ և գնդակ, 4 ատրճանակ, 2 ինքնաձիգ՝ փամփուշտներով։ Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանության և ապօրինի կերպով զենք պահելու համար։
